Yeah he does especially when a survivor breaks free from the speargun or when he swings his weapon. It’s also pretty cool how he laughs after kicking a pallet/generator or when he lands a hit on a survivor. Best voice acting out of the killers imo along with Plague and Oni.
I'd be mad too if you made me chase you down on a hurt leg.

I think it has something to do with pyramid head being able to hit survivors through walls
He’s not able to drink his whiskey while in a trail so it’s understandable
He limps and is forced to chase people around. A little bit of empathy
Are you asking for empathy for the dude that invented a harpoon gun that deliberately keeps people alive and in agony long enough to see them hanged?
