not sure i need to update on this but just in case you guys was wondering if dbd support team is any good, here's the story:
same day i wrote to support, i was getting multiple errors, like ALL possible errors they have in the game, i could play 1 game and then needed to reconnect and so on.
the first support girl told me to hard reset my router and my NAT should be only type 1...
i didn't wanna mess up my whole setup by f#cking with my router because the issues wasn't mine obviously so i was just adding messages to the ticket with every new error code i was seeing, after 3 days a new girl came to the ticket and asked me to make a speedtest...
by that time this issue ceased to exist by itself, it was an issue with a group of ps4 servers for my region probably and they shadow fixed it without acknowledging the issue, i don't have any other explanation
the worst support i ever talked to :)))

Transfer will take hours. Sync your achievements/save with ps plus cloud and simply download Dbd on ps5. Obviously you need to use the same acc you had on ps4

It’s them no doubt. I just got a new error - Cant create a party because you are already in party lol what a joke

It’s impossible to fix, they cant get all players including killer in sync. Different pings to servers, bad ping from killer and you get that milliseconds which prevent perk from working. They perfectly know it and prefer to sit silent.

I have similar issues with solo. It either says i dont have internet connection or connection lost/cant be established/failed to create a party etc etc
smth on their server side is definitely down and they dont give a single f$ck about it. No mentions on twitter or here or anywhere else. I keep saying this game is so deep in its own s#it, they simply cant keep up with numerous bugs they keep creating with every update roll out.

On ps4 it’s very bad.. i can only hear heartbit and if i want to hear chase music then i neex to volume up considerably which makes ALL other sounds too f*cking loud.

dbd on ps4 is a f*cking clown fiesta now
almost unplayable at night times - 3+ minutes to find a lobby, 4 out of 5 lobbies have 300+ ping and/or killer quits the lobby right away or during the game when he starts to loose which causes you to derank because ranking system is very good (NOT). Actually you can derank even if you escape - what a f*cking joke.
it's a bit better during the day but still takes too long to get into the game
it was way better 1 year ago when i started playing

i'm ok with not having it but ffs BHVR just tell us it's not coming to PS4 EU.. There are loads of identical questions about this DLC everywhere and they simply keep ignoring it. To be honest i can't understand developer's position on this one.

Early June dude did you try calling them? It's totally unacceptable. Their actual stock does not match their webite, so it's possible their warehouse has your stuff but website shows it does not and that's why your order is still pending and until you call them it won't change. Try it.

Good to be not the only one f*ed over by the merch store
Paid on Nov 11th (2 yr anniv tshirt and bloodletting tshirt) with a discounted delivery at 10 eur. Btw i was sure it would be sent by DHL or UPS. In fact it was sent by normal post.. Anyways, waited for some time and started sending emails, got a couple of replies with promises. The overall waiting period was about 3 weeks and nothing happened. After that i simply called their office 3 or 4 times and finally today they told me my order was shipped last Friday, gave me the tracking number and it really tracks my stuff. Still in Germany though lol.After this awful experience i can reposnsibly say that this store is being run by fake Germans 'cos real Germans always have everything in ordnung!!. Jokes aside, i also asked for a refund in one of my salty emails, my request was just ignored.
I live in Russia and we here are used to be treated like low level people by russian online stores but this was something special..

I also have it and more lags, much longer matchmaking and 400-500 ping lobbies. Nice game.
