  Just an idea, but honestly players shouldn't be allowed to bring just 4 perks. Perks should be allotted on a point system. Instead of 4 slots, maybe make it 6. But perks have a "point value" assigned to them based on their strength. As an example, let's just say you are allowed to assign yourself 20 points worth of perks. But really strong meta perks are worth larger amounts of points. So if
