So this has been happening for a few months now as far as I can remember. Usually, when the game starts but sometimes during chases or randomly during the game, my game will literally freeze for half a second. I have asked survivors I met throughout my solo q games and they have been experiencing this issue as well. Its not a hardware issue, running a 3080 and 5950x with ssd. So I'm not gonna write a lot about the "rework". We all know what it is but I do want to say that Billy in his current state is such a balanced killer, maybe besides insta-saw. Now he will have a chainsaw overheating mechanic which is a nerf to his ability to hold survivors at pallets and in general. So I have played some games as killer versus red rank survivors and its been ridiculous. Usually the first gen pops before I down the first survivor. I usually 4k with Billy or ghost face but that mostly involves slugging, tunneling, etc. For the love of this game BHVR, please do not rework Billy or his add ons. The last time I made it to rank 1 as killer was by using leather face and wraith. I like to use freddy, ghost face, and spirit. so when I am looking at him for more than 5 seconds, I still can break him out oh his stealth. Sometimes I can but mostly he can stalk me while I look him and while I am constantly looking at him. To me he is an instadown Michael and it seems that I can barely counter his power. I thought he can only stalk when I can't see him. Iv'e been there my self, once. As a killer, I have disconnected at the end to prevent a survivor from escaping but I want to encourage others to not do this. I have moved past that point and now accept a loss and respect it. I have encountered at least 5 killers in the past two days that have disconnected towards the end of the match. It's not worth it and you don't earn blood points. After all,2 comments 51 views last activity

I think the mechanics of noed should be switched up because as it stands now, it's giving the killer another chance to easily down a survivor(s). 10% of the time, all the survivors cleanse all totems. Noed is just a free chance to down a survivor and I think its overpowered. After all the work a survivor does to complete all the gens just to get downed in one hit doesn't make much sense to me.
