I LOVE the new perks, Dramaturgy is hilarious and I love seeing Jeff run with high knees and I honestly wish it lasted like the full endurance effect because the animation is so funny. The Scene Partner is tricky but I love the way it mixes up my usual play style, I enjoy the aura reading during a chase. Plot Twist is fun---WHEN I GET TO USE IT... 2 nights ago: We were at Giddeons plant, with a Wraith. I was able to loop for a little while once the killer found me and Nea on a gen, and when I got downed with Knockout the killer just left me there and went on another chase. OK no biggie I guess, he downed me in bathroom. So Im a little frustrated because all game some how, some way, killers are just BEELINEING to me. There's been a lot of games with aura revealing perks, and I ALWAYS run distortion, but because there's so many aura perks I dont always have all my stacks so I'll very calmly, quietly, and slowly get into a locker if I know something is about to pop like BBQ or whatever. So this has happened to me a few times where the entire server has just DC'd and OF COURSE its during a match that I finally completed a challenge. Its really unfair to meet all the specific conditions for a challenge, only to be robbed of my achievement when the SERVER goes down. Not my PC, but BHVR's server. 2nd post for the night, another 5hr gameplay stint and I notice killers being particularly in favor of the tunnel aspect. Now I'm not here to pick sides, I play 30/70 for the most part in this game. I know gen rushing is insane RN, and putting pressure on survivors is really impossible unless you can take one out early--but its getting a littttttttle ridiculous now. As a killer, is there some sort of way to tell if a survivor has it? I played a 5hr stint last night, and I noticed something. And either I'm the UNLUCKIEST person on EARTH, or Killers literally have a way of seeing when a survivor is carrying unbreakable. Every time I carry unbreakable, I am NEVER left slugged. I know for the most part survivors are just "skins" but I honestly would love it if there was a little more nuance to a survivor than just their height/volume. I main Jeff, and dude is a freaking MOUNTAIN. I would be more than OK with having a built in stat/perk that makes him more of a challenge to take down, with the cost being hes slower or unable to crouch/stealth. Im well aware some survivors are money makers for things like skins and stuff, its fine. there's always favorites of the creators. This has been an issue I've noticed for quite some time and it's getting to the point where I almost don't want to play anymore because it feels game-breaking. As the title says, unresponsive pallets. I have MANY, many, many, many many clips of be being PERFECTLY within the middle of a pallet, within reach--and the button to throw pallet just DOESNT APPEAR. Now I don't know what worse, a teammate that sandbags you INTENTIONALLY or ACCIDENTALLY. I honestly would rather a teammate be malicious than just that stupid. I had a Meg, of course, completed just screw me over the entire game. If I was on a gen, she'd bring the killer over. So this is an entirely unfair thing that I've noticed in the game. I run Deliverance almost every match, and I've had this happen to me at LEAST four times. I save someone, I have deliverance LOCKED and ready. As the match goes on all my friends get hooked or die or have escaped at doors. So I had a game where it was just me and the killer left, with 1 gen, hatch is closed, and I wasn't about to give up because I'm stubborn. Is there a current bug/change with wiggle skill checks? Its been a few weeks since I played and I noticed that 90% of my wiggle skill checks are counting as misse(red/shake animation with missed sound affect) even though Im hitting within the margins. So I read that blood fury is 45 seconds LONG!? That is so ungodly long! Considering other powers like Hillbilly who over heats around 15 seconds if they're careful, and Legion only lasting 10 seconds--these are all without add-ons. I feel like every game I'm playing as survivor I'm seeing Fearmonger being used on killer. I dont see the big whoop about it? Like it's a TINY bit annoying, I guess, because you can't see your other survivors or auras but if you pay attention to birds on the map, the other players status' and other audio it's really... not doing much? So something I've always wondered is while on hook there isn't a way to stop/deny someone unhooking you. We've all had games where we get farmed on hook and its so frustrating that we can't do anything to stop it. I had two games today where I noticed something really odd. First game was a Nemesis, I was already dead and just watching my friend run the killer. They dropped a pallet and it just SHATTED on Nemesis--but he didn't get stunned, He just ran through it like nothing happened. So I was playing several games today and I noticed something strange. Now in game you'd never notice it, but as a spectator is glaringly obvious. I thought it was maybe a fluke, but I started spectating ALL my games after my death and noticed something with Wiggle bar progression. Like if you buff Legions Iron Maiden suddenly Huntress could have an OP status because her reload times could be 0 with add ons--just an example. I notice the same 3-4 killers in a lot of my games, so I dont have a lot of experience in certain killers like Spirit, Blight, or Freddy. Honestly in my ranking and MMR I see mainly Wraith, Huntress, Bubba, and the occassional baby Nurse even. Is this a new thing? I was in a game with a Leon and a Mikaela and both of their characters were running around with floppy heads. And when they did a walking anination instead they had this really staggered/haggared stride the way the zombies do. So I just found this out: Wraith has 150% movement while cloaked. WHAT?! So not only is he invisible, he is the fastest moving thing in the game WHILE invisible? Whether I'm killer or survivor I absolutely SUCK at looping. I got around 200 hours into this game or so, and no matter what I'm doing I just suck at looping. Trust me, I've TRIED to learn.
