  • This concept came to me while playing the card game One Night Werewolf and I think it would be really fun and awesome game that could even rival dbd. It would be a whodunit horror game. Basically there were be about 10 people playing at once and one of them at random is chosen to be the killer. There would be two parts: Day and Night. The game would begin during the night where the killer choos

  • As a red rank survivor I dont like being matched with rank 20 survivors. I just played a game against a spirit who I ran for 3 gens. I figured it would be an easy game. Wrong. The other survivors were the biggest potatoes I had ever had the misfortune of playing with. As soon as I got hooked. They all went down. Immediately. After the match I see they were all rank 20s and I was the only red rank

  • Is it because the devs failed math when they designed the blood web? With the ultra rares on killers you have max 3 of them and are guaranteed one every level 50 blood web which means your chances of getting one is going to be 1 to 3 or less depending on the killer. With rare (green) offerings and add ons you get more of them per blood web (average is like 5 or 6) but there are way more of them

  • I will purposely run to you and expose you to the killer. I'm so tired of playing with selfish survivors that just hide and let their teammates get death hook when they haven't been hooked once. So annoying. I finally had enough of it and when to a locker where a survivor was and opened it so the killer could see they were there. Playing with two teammates, one was already dead and I was one deat

  • I brought a red key to the match. The killer had Franklin's but I've never seen Franklin's prevent a key from working on a hatch. Anyway there were three of us left and only one gen. We all three find the hatch and pick up the key that was dropped. However when I went over the hatch there was no option given for opening it. I tried to get in front of the hatch but no matter where I moved I coul

  • Survivors only need to do gens in order to win. They dont need to know how to loop well. It's simply not necessary. The killer can end every chase in under 10 seconds and survivors can still finish their objective if they just do gens and dont rush hooks. You dont need to know how to loop well to get into red ranks. The real secret to being a red rank survivor is being dedicated to the gens. Th

  • I know a lot of killers like to complain about keys and compare them to moris but keys unlike moris are not always useful in a match. It took me at least 10 tries if not more to accomplish the key challenge in the rift. It wasnt easy. Keys only REALLY come in handy when there are 1 or 2 gens left but only two survivors. In this scenerio that game is pretty much lost unless you have a key. But if

  • I just feel like a lot of survivors just dont really appreciate it. When I bring a bps (bloody party streamer) into a match as killer I'm never trying to play super sweaty. I try to avoid doing anything toxic or unfun like camping or tunneling or slugging. Hell even if it's the end game I wont camp or slug. But I dont farm. I'm still going to play normally and hook the survivors I down. But sti

  • 1. Self care 2. Barbecue and Chilli 3. NOED Now I know a lot of you are probably thinking "wait a darn second, NOED isn't meta, it's just a newbie perk!" Well I've been seeing it a lot lately so maybe it is the new meta with the ruin change. That or I'm just not playing enough high rank killers because of broken matchmaking.

  • He seems like a killer I'll play just because he'll be fun even if he's not very strong. Probably not a killer for sweaty mains who have to get 4k every game or they rage. Although devs probably should buff his speed, I'm just going to have fun shooting survivors with a gun.

  • A killer who can transport in and out of the spirit world through mirrors. Bloody Mary has a total of 10 mirrors she can place around the map in which she can travel in and out of the spirit world from. While in the spirit world survivors cannot see her but she can't attack them either. Survivors are able to destroy mirrors (similar to cleansing a totem) but doing so carries a risk: While in the

  • For me its ghostface. He's the best stealth killer in the game and makes it so easy for me to catch survivors off guard before they can get to their god loops. When I want to rank up quickly that's the killer I play with. I play other killers for fun but I just cant do as well with them. Killers who dont have any stealth just feel impossible for me. when I'm patrolling gens survivors will run off

  • At this point I'm not even mad at the killer anymore, I'm mad the survivors who fall for the stupid garbage. It's easy to counter: if bubba puts someone in the basement DO NOT go in the basement UNTIL you have knowledge that he's not camping down there. These morons I just played with instantly rush to the basement one after the other and all three get down. How do people in red ranks still fall

  • Otherwise there would be no red rank killers in the game. Imagine if all red rank survivors knew how to loop optimally. The only reason why there are still red rank killers is because 1.) It's so easy to rank up as survivor, it doesn't take much skill to reach red ranks. 2.) The matchmaking is broken so even if you're a red rank killer you have a chance of getting matched with rank 15+ survivors

  • But can I get a different map please? Especially when I'm playing survivor it's not fun. I'm having to use all of my map offerings just to avoid it. Or maybe devs are trying to inflate the kill rate after they nerfed ruin. "Hey look, the kill rate is still high!" Meanwhile 90% of the matches were at lerys.

  • Monsterous shrine, cruel limits, mind breaker, slippery meat, babysitter, predator, boil over, buckle up... just to name a few. There are plenty more. There are so many trash perks it's ridiculous. This is why the same perks are used every match because there are only a handful of good ones that are useful, the rest are trash. Youd be just as well off not using any perks at all. So instead of ner

  • I just did it using Myers tombstone addon. Killed everyone without downing or hanging anyone. Got me my 4k depip. You can test it yourself. I mentioned in an earlier post how a survivor escape and 4k game should at least be an automatic black pip. A lot of people didn't think getting a 4k and depiping was possible but it is. And really killing everyone with the tombstone add on isn't easy. S

  • Obviously Leatherface is the best killer since he can chainsaw multiple people at a hook. Like how am I suppose to save anyone bro? Clowns slow down is just insane. One of the most broken powers in the game. And Wraith? The guy can turn invisible! Can you say OP? Worst killer by far is Spirit. She can't even see the survivors when she's using her power.

  • ...he is new and almost no one is playing him. When ghostface came out for at least the first week it was all ghostface games. This killer? Nope. Everyone is still playing Spirit. Guess they tried him a few times and realized they can't win with him so back to playing the most broken killer in the game.

As a survivor I do not like playing with people who bring keys because they don't do gens. • Percentages are precise and objective. I have no idea how much is "tremendously" I have to look up the percentage online when it should just say it in the game. Perks use percentages so why don't the add ons? It just makes things easier to understand.

  • And I don't mean through the hatch because you are the last one left. I mean get all the gens done and then escape. I hate killers who bring ebony moris. I think they are stupid and cheap. But in the rare cases I do escape it feels great. Makes it into one of the best games. I especially like teabagging them at the end. If a killer plays straight: No ebony moris, no camping, no Noed then I won't

  • And here's why... It's not my fault as survivor if the killer is so bad he never downs anyone. So why do survivors get punished for it? I can't get any altruism points if the killer is that bad and then I have to force myself into a chase with the killer if he never finds me otherwise I depip. Why? That's not my fault that the killer is bad. And then you get into matches with survivors that ar

  • For one simple reason: as survivor you get absolutely no feedback about what the killer is doing while she is in her phase state, meanwhile the killer (spirit) get all sorts of feedback about what the survivor is doing (sounds, environmental movement, scratch marks) while she is in the phase. How is that fair? Simple answer: It's not. All survivors get is a noise which doesn't really tell you any

Entitlement As a survivor you are entitled to a good game. After rage quiting keep 50/75/100% of your bloodpoints earned while playing and don't depip.

  • Lery's is a terrible map for survivors. Why do some survivors offer the shattered glasses? I want to slap them in the face. The only killer that is really hindered by that map is the huntress and maybe Billy but Billy will probably get a 4k anyway just by m1'ing because that map sucks. I swear every time a survivor offers that map everyone dies. I'm thinking "you might as well just have given th

  • Been rolling with it lately ever since I got it from the store. It lets me know a lot about the killer. I can know for certain whether he has barbecue or nurse's calling instead of assuming like many survivors do. And today I played against a jump scare myers (scratched mirror) and instantly knew what it was and it helped me adjust my playstyle accordingly without having to find out the hard way

  • What is the point of running no mither if you're not in a SWF group? No mither only works if everyone in the group uses it. If you're in a SWF group and everyone uses it then it effectively takes slugging off the table for the killer. If you use no mither while playing solo you'll be the only one with it most likely and the killer will know not to leave you on the ground since the broken status c

Is it just me or does he get more moris? Unfortunately leatherface sucks and I'd probably waste any mori I brought to a match anyway. One match I chased the same guy around the entire time just chainsawing every pallet

  • One of the more annoying things as survivor is to be hooked, camped (proxy or faced), tunneled and then morid. So here's an idea: the survivor can only be moried after the first hook IF the killer is at least 32 meters away from the hook when the survivor is saved. After the second hook though the survivor can be morid on their next down (whether the killer was camping or not since you are going

  • One of the things about playing solo survivor is you'll get into matches where survivors DC almost as soon as the game begins. One is bad enough but sometimes you will get two and then to top it all off you'll get killers who still try hard after that. All of you killers out there who don't like SWF this is why SWF is necessary to ensure a reliable experience. As solo survivor it sucks to go into

  • I was in this match where I get downed by a hillbilly. He picks me up to take me to the hook but on his way there he realizes he ######### up and that he's not going to be able to make it to the hook in time, so he drops me and decides he's going to camp me while I'm bleeding out. Now it takes a long time to die that way so he's going to be wasting a lot of time camping me and should I mention on

  • Besides DC'ing is when they rush to the hook while being chased by the killer. Just lost a game to the nurse that we could have most likely won because this potato decides while she's being chased by the nurse she's going to run to save the guy on the hook despite the fact that I'm right there crouching down where the nurse doesn't see me waiting for her to leave so I can save the guy. We had one

  • There are so many toxic builds for this guy it's great. His addons are OP. My favorite is the scratched mirror with an ebony mori to be super toxic. The mind games are endless and it's super easy to find the last survivor so they can't escape through the hatch. I'm just surprised I haven't got any salty messages yet using his toxic builds. I tried to buld a toxic huntress but I'm so bad with he

  • If the survivor takes three hits without going into the dying state then Mettle of Man is activated on the next hit. Going into the dying state would reset the hit tokens needed to reach mettle of man back to zero. This would take skill because you would need to get hit by the killer twice and escape in order for MoM to activate and it would rely more on survivor skill then on the killer deciding

  • So if you hide in a locker you can stalk a survivor without them being able to see you. And if a survivor tries to hide in the same locker as ghost face, ghost face jumps out and instantly downs them. It would be risky to do it, a survivor might see you going into the locker or you might sit in a locker too long without anyone coming by and waste time. You'd have to time it just right. But it wo

  • Didn't know if this was common knowledge or if it would be considered a recent bug, but I just discovered that if you are down right next to a hook and the killer immediately goes for the hook, once the hooking animation begins it will cancel out DS even if you hit the skill check. I think another poster who was writing about a lag switcher mentioned this happening to him and I just found out my

  • I'm currently at rank 8 as survivor and a pip away from reaching 7 and honestly I'm really not that good. But you can die and still pip up relatively easy in purple ranks. I feel like I'm a better killer but pipping up just seems so much harder because you can have 4k games and still not pip up. The piping system seems really imbalanced to me.

  • I just played a match where I could not hit one of the survivors who were in dreamworld. I would go through them like a ghost even when they were alseep. I even tried the dream demon on them again to make sure they were really asleep and they were. It was the most aggravating game I have ever played. I know the devs did not eff up the hit detection that badly. At first I thought maybe they were

  • It's the most annoying map in the game. For one it's very small so it's easy for the killer to patrol gens but it also has a bunch of infinite loops so it's very easy for survivors to loop a killer who doesn't have any anti-looping abilities. So what does this all add up to? A game that goes on forever! Please Devs just nuke the dang map. I'm not the type to DC but this map gets me close to doing

  • While I'm not eager to climb ranks, I find it funny how I can get 4k in a game and not even pip up. Shouldn't a 4k game be an automatic one pip at least? I'm in the mid ranks, not even the higher ranks. And it's not good enough that you kick everyone's butt, but you have to do it with a certain style otherwise the game treats it as an even match.

I'm moving up the ranks quickly (with Freddy no less) which means games are going to get harder but whatever. Now I see why some people tell new players not to use self heal. It takes forever and if the killer has nurse's calling it makes things so much easier for the killer. I just played

  • Should I use it before or after the rework? Since almost everyone thinks Freddy is the worst killer in the game (in terms of playing as Freddy) won't the rework be more of a buff rather than a nerf? In that case I should wait. Although I'm afraid he's going to be nerfed to the ground for being a pedophile. lol.

I've been in numerous games where the killer will absolutely suck the entire game and then one person will get downed at the very end and he'll just camp and knock anyone down with the one hit chainsaw when they try for a save. I've learned my lesson, I don't bother going for saves when leatherface is camping. I
