  • whenever I get in these scenarios I just start playing silly immerse mode. I get a silly down at a pallet? I spend a good while looking back and forth to the pallet and the survivor. I miss a hit at a window? I waste a while standing still looking down as if I'm just thinking "how the hell did I miss that?". I get a survivor in a dead zone with no way out? Spam W to approach them as slow and menacingly as possible. This and other stupid harmless behaviour that gives them some time to either earn some points or just have a lighter time in the match. Usually ends up with either I give the hatch to one of them or just drop the one that could be "killed" at the exit gate with the others (if they happen to open it)

  • Sure we just need as many charms as we can so we can only equip 3 and let other 889287389273 stay in oblivion, with like 25% of them being "recolors" of stupid rift charms that are so lazy and uninspired that I can't help but laugh, like just why do we need 5 "versions" of these things???

  • So here's what I would like to point as well (much of it you already mentioned yourself as well) if I was to make a bet on what'll happen:

-Based on the PTB and in game content so far: The latest tomes have shown us a bit on what has been going on with the Observer.

I imagine it could be possible to speculate that the Observer (or at least one version of him) has been taken by the Entity and transformed into a killer, which would be the next one for the anniversary chapter. That would give us an original anniversary chapter that has significance to the game lore as a whole while using content that was already build up, kinda like what they did with the Alchemist when turning him into Blight.

I'm just really excited to see what will come out of all this!

  • I never DC but I won't lie that recently there was this streak of Blights that I just couldn't support anymore and after the 4th Blight in a row (the third using that insta down addon) I just killed myself at the first hook before even 1 gen could be repaired and left the game to pray for god to forgive me for what I had to do to my poor teammates

  • this could actually be an interesting concept for a perk ngl

  • it took me a little while to start getting progress on it cause I didn't know it required to be Hex totems (don't know if it was a translation issue on the game part that led to the confusion or if it does indeed just say "bless a totem" at the original language which doesn't clarify that it needs to be a Hex). After finding out the exact requirements it didn't take much at all. If you're playing normal it might not be so worth it to insist on booning a hex depending on how the match is currently, due to the long time it takes, but if you're in just for the achievement just go for it regardless. It also took a bit of "luck" since the amount of Hexes killers may bring varies from match to match but eventually you'll get it as long as you keep bringing a Boon to every match.

  • It can be like that sometimes (most of the times to some actually e.e), but try to detach yourself a bit from the stress.

Whenever they start being scummy, focus more on the gameplay than on the players, try to see how you can outsmart them, or when you make a misplay, where you can do different to improve.

If you see a chase is not going well and the person is bothering you, just leave them, its mostly attention that these guys crave and wasting time with them only seems to boost their "edgyness".

If it all is just helpless in a match and they all finish the gens but seem to want to stay juicing and bothering you, I'd go and open one of the exit gates as incentive to just end the match and be free to move on. If they refuse to finish the last gen though, as the others suggested, try your best to learn how to master the killer while also trying to push them to end the match (either by doing gens or by bleeding to death or whatever).

Most of all, one thing I do and feel that saves a ton of headache is never letting that post game chat open. Whatever they have to say, insult or not, I don't feel like it really matters in general to my life so I just forget it exists.

If a match ends and you still get frustrated after all, which can happen, consider taking a short break, like for real it helps taking some time between a match and another, even when they end perfectly to your side. Maybe also try playing another killer just for doing some challenge or fun as each has their own mmr supposedly and thus the type of players may be a bit different.

Hope you can have fun times regardless!

  • Clown is my favorite one along with Wraith.

With Clown I adore to go with "hit or miss" builds with my favorite one being full Hexes (Ruin, Undying, Retribution + Haunted) which is pretty fun and feels thrilling most of the times.

I also like Wraith because I go for builds that favor chasing multiple players at the same time, since I rather change targets midchase when it seems viable than always focusing on a single survivor all the time and his extra speed and some of his addons also favor that playstyle.

    Scooby-Doo.

i feel like those requests are a joke anyways (?)

well. I wouldn’t be against cosmetics inspired by the show a la the L4D cosmetics for the original chars I guess..

I really dig the idea of doing it as a parody skin collection, kinda like the L4D as you mentioned. Otherwise I agree that would be kind of too much.

  • I truly don't like the idea of having Chucky come to the game, I just can't deal with him as a character at all in a personal level that I cannot even explain
