Oh, so killers deserve a pity 4k after camping and tunneling out one survivor at a time, applying 0 pressure to gens, until two survivors have been sacrificed, and then slugging the 3rd until they find the 4th..?
that isnt a perk, genius

Okay better math time
At level 50 it costs about 70000 to get two perks and close the bloodweb if you are trying to minimize bloodpoints (just leveled up blight myself and calculated the avg). Assuming you have about 200 perks left after going from 1-50 (because there are 3 perk tiers) that means it will take 70000 bloodpoints x 100 bloodwebs which equals = 7mil bloodpoints.
It will take 110 games to get 7mil bloodpoints at 64k a game, at 15 minutes a game that means 27.5 hours or so to get all perks on a single killer (not including how long it takes to go from 1-50 which is about 1mil so really a bit longer)

Sure it takes about 3million to get all perks on one killer so 12 hours minimum if you hit 64k every single game so realistically probably 20 or so hours since hitting 64k every game does not happen. Times that by the number of killers in the game and :(
actually hold on that math is genuinely terrible its more like 8 million for all perks on a character lol

Weighing time concerns off of Prestige resets seems like a disingenuous complaint. Most players don't care about Prestige ranks and those who do, don't care about grind time.
A legitimate complaints is "time to get all perks on a given character."
Do you have the estimated time to do that?

remember... they nerfed mori and keys with a year of delay... this alone should tell you everything that you need to know
dont forget that they are totally working on the bloodpoint grind

SBMM is the whole system, MMR is the personal score that you have within that SBMM.
Ranks are not Grades - they were changed to make it clearer that rank is not used for matchmaking and also made so that you can't go down a grade
Game is definitely not pay to win, especially when the Nurse is a free DLC - even perks are on the Shrine of Secrets.
The grind exists whether you have a DLC or not, you still have to level up characters to get the perks
The community is the community, it's also a PVP game so there's always going to be friction - that's the very nature of these types of games.
Genuine question. Do BHVR devs have to grind to unlock stuff in this game or do they have it unlocked by default? Because you guys either a) dont play your game or b) don't deal with the grind in the game

Yeah let’s focus on DH while we have bots running around that could potentially kill the game. DH should not be their number 1 priority now
two different teams deal with both of those issues.

Roughly speaking, you can take half a year for changes to be implemented from when they’re teased. With that in mind, there was the dev stream where they mentioned they’re looking at the distance part. It’s not coming in this mid-chapter, and most likely won’t be coming with the anniversary release, so then the first realistic option is the mid-chapter following that.
That’s my guess, anyway.
Why the distance part and not the I-frame part. Every killer in the world thinks the Iframes are the bullshit part. I also don't expect the change that soon. They announced a bloodpoint change a year+ ago.
BHVR is stagnant.

Isn't P50 max?

Some kind of snowball potential for every killer that can be lessened by survivors doing a different objective around the map
Something like maybe the cracks for EGC start forming after the first gen pops and gradually form more the more gens that are finished but the cracks aren't just random, they lead the killer in the general direction of a survivor. Maybe if survivors completely ignore the cracks they get a hindered debuff after a while
Survivors can interact with entity shrines around the map to reset these cracks back to the previous tier. Maybe a minigame that isn't just pure skill checks will be involved.
maybe instead of cracks forming the killer just gets a 2.5% movement speed increase for every gen cleared unless a survivor makes an offering to the entity. Maybe make it where the offerings can be skill based, make it where you can offer an item, or even make it where you can offer your own health in order to get it done faster.

I just don't understand the point of rushing through this game for a certain perk or achievement or whatever. The game is, by design, meant to be played over and over and over. It doesn't have to be a grind unless you make it that way.
having to play as lvl 1 killers is not ######### fun
the game is meant to be fun, grinding for hours so you can get a perk to have a chance at winning as killer is not fun

I feel that frustration. I have 1600 hours and don’t have all perks on all killers and only 1 survivor with all perks. I too would like to see more events or a change to perks such as they are only one tier.
When I first started, I used to save my BP offerings like streamers and cakes for blood point events because that’s what everyone recommended. Use them then and triple or quadruple your points. Problem I had though was I couldn’t always or maybe didn’t want to play during the events. Now I try to never join a match without a BP offering. It has made the grind a little faster.
it actually doesn't multiply like that so there is no real use to saving them for events

it is currently bugged. you can find lots of posts on the bug board

also, the hatch spawns at the beginning of the match, but opens later on. so even if it was randomized, odds are you are bound to see it while playing the game and it's your job to point it out to your team mates in whatever way possible and keep track of it's location.
Hatch does not show up until current number of generators finished = (number of survivors + 1)
