Really not a fan. It ends up being like No Mither, yeah it might be fun for one person running a hindering build, but for the rest of the team that suffer because of it it's just annoying. You have someone who cannot be healed, preventing altruism points, who will probably go down again because self caring takes forever. It saboutages ally builds with aura reading and makes progressing difficult by preventing cooperation.
Sole Survivor as it is raises your survival odds the longer you survive, this proposal saboutages your team.

It's answered here: https://forum.deadbydaylight.com/en/discussion/34546/deranged-pursuit-bugged
They didn't make the description accurate, and you actually need to down a deep wounded survivor while KILLER INSTINCTS is active from hitting a different survivor with frenzy.

@Patricia, sorry everything in my mind regarding this trophy is just split to pieces. So, after having activated The Legion's power, I can just hit the same survivor multiple times until he's downed and just ignoring everyone else? From the reply she has said "No, the achievement is going to stay in the ridiculous state it's in, but the description will be accurate."
-
They said oldest by far. I'm hoping either a Pharoah/Mummy or a Caveman.

Building on what you said, I know it's not the point of the thread, but there's so many great achievements to go for in the game, but some just need to be reassessed.
- Cripple Them All - Needs to count survivors who stand in traps like the Trapper daily, not just survivors you pull out of traps with space bar.
- Skilled Huntress - Absolutely ridiculous, let alone the console version that demands 100. First, a 24m hatchet is a luck shot, not a skill shot, I have Huntress main friends with more hours on Huntress than I have on the entire game that still have 0 of these. It should be hits with hatchets, not DOWNS at the very least.
- Taking One for the Team - The restrictions on this achievement are ridiculous, it requires farming your allies DIRECTLY IN FRONT OF THE KILLER 250 times and hoping they don't get tunnelled. Honestly this really should just be changed to ANY protection hits tanked.
- Adept Achievements - The killer versions need their text updated to be accurate. It isn't 'merciless' any more. Should be changed to "Achieve 'No One Survived' score event with X using only their perks."

I've spent basically 2 full days on it and got it. It is COMPLETELY counter-intuitive to how killer instincts works. It not only doesn't reveal already bleeding enemies, it hides their scratch marks to make re-finding them insanely hard. To get ANY of the scores for it, I've had to chase people for upwards of 3 minutes keeping them from bleeding out until they get near an ally, which doesn't happen because deep wounds SHOWS them allies to avoid them. 90% of the time they find a patch of ground and just start running in circles or mend in front of you because they don't know what's going on. I've gone game after game after game with no hooks because to do this completely unnatural playstyle means NOBODY goes down all game. You literally need to chase someone until an ally gets curious as to what the hell you're doing and comes to investigate.
This is a miserable achievement and people shouldn't have to suffer through attempting this. It needs to be changed before it's been left in too long to fix.
Edit: It also needs to be said, because of what was said in the devstream "It becomes an issue to change it once it's already out because some people have already progressed or achieved it." As someone who HAS done it, the attitude that it can't be changed because I suffered through it is moronic, it's utterly against playing the game well and encouraging people to try to do this is actively bad for anyone stuck in their games. Better we show just how bad it is and improve it for future achievement hunters, than force those future players through an unenjoyable, unrealistic grind.
-
If that is INTENDED, that is absolutely ridiculous. Killer instincts reveals survivors who are NOT affected by deep wounds, there is no relation between having killer instincts active and being able to find a deep wounded survivor. If you're going to try to hit a newly wounded survivor then chain back to someone you already had worked on, they're likely to have put as much distance between you as possible, and started to mend which is already a quick action.
I don't know why it was put in like this, killer power achievements have always been about using the power to hit or down people, not activate 4 stupidly complex mechanics then eventually down people. Doing this 25 times will literally take hundreds upon hundreds of matches. This really NEEDS to be fixed to match the description of the achievement, because someone royally screwed how it was put in initially.
-
It's been ridiculous recently, I had about 4 of them yesterday between trying to get a lobby, and loading into a game. Really hope alt-f4ing on the loading screen to a match doesn't count as a dc for the autobans when it's been at 0% for 5+ mins.

It doesnt work like that.Well then that's dumb, it's a scream as you come out of the locker, so either they've made a mistake and not coded it to work like other screams with Calm Spirit, or CS is just going to be a completely random perk that blocks some screams but not others.
-
The perks are really hit and miss anyway.
Mad Grit - It's never going to be worth the perk slot. It's one of those bandaid perks that you will ALWAYS want, but is never consistent enough to justify bringing over a solid perk. In essence, all this perk does is let the devs say "we don't need to address bodyblocking any more, if you don't like it you can bring Mad Grit for the 1 in 20 games where it does anything."
Discordance - A genuinely strong perk. The information it gives both allows you to interrupt cooperation, scout out the first gen being done without patrolling early, and gives you information all game. If you see one gen in yellow, you already know where at least 2/4 people are at any time.
Iron Maiden - Still don't know about this perk. It's not the most common thing but people DO use lockers. Include the fact that they're now the go-to BBQ dodge, and you have a powerful information tool even if the exposed is a short duration. Even if people don't use lockers because they realise you have IM, that means they're risking hiding out in the open, or having their aura read where they otherwise wouldn't and is value from the perk. For the start of this patch I'm definitely going to bring Calm Spirit so that even if I'm exposed I can dodge the scream from coming out of the locker, assuming it works like that.

I'm curious as well, the hi res video of the outfits on reddit showed bloody appearances, so it's possible we get them by default and they can prestige. It'd make sense to keep a little excitement out of the PTB by hiding them.

I'm sitting at 200/250, I keep track of every one that happens. The only hits which count for it are within about 10 seconds after an unhook, only when both you and the protected survivor are still within a few meters of the hook. It grants a different 100 bp protection event on top of the basic 200.
I've bodyblocked carried survivors directly under hook, it doesn't count.
The only way to do the achievement is to pull people off the hook when the killer is right there, and hope they won't walk a full circle around you to tunnel.
For reference, a dev says this is how it works in this thread: https://steamcommunity.com/app/381210/discussions/0/135511455868043980/
