I had the same bug. PC, Steam
cant heal video bug.rar -
• Platform Steam
• Description of the issue
Alucard's cloak sticks out above the ground as if it is made of wood, not fabric.• How often does this occur Always, especially when healing
-
I agree. There should be more fog
-
It's not just visual. It don't work still. No any buff effect.
Checked it after today's Castlevania update. -
I see the game more as a horror role-playing game. I am interested in what human qualities survivors and killers show in various controversial situations when moral choice is required. For me, there is no such thing as winning in this game.
I win if the game was fun, regardless of whether I escaped or not, killed someone or not. -

To be fair to the OP, the introduction fo 2v8 has cooked the queues of the regular mode as well.
Having zero incentives on the regular mode doesn't help at all, I hope they fix that for the next iteration.
This is expected and understandable. This always happens when something new and interesting appears. People want to try this instead of the regular mode. After some time, the part will return to regular mode and new players will come as well.
I myself am already returning to regular mode, because I get bored with the same killers and locations in 2v8.
-
I generally like the changes, but
I am concerned about the increased Scratch Mark visibility
in this update. I don't want my screen to look like a Christmas tree when playing as a killer.
Hopefully, this will be made an option that can be disabled.

I agree it's a success with killers, there is no shortage of killers waiting to take part. But survivors...I'm not so sure. If it was that much of a success then surly there would be enough playing to lower the waiting times. Sure there are lots of survivors having a blast but overall I would say not enough survivors are playing it, and it's only been a week. Barely enough time for novelty to wear off. I think the longer it's out, the less survivors will want to play. I could be wrong, in an ideal world it would be great to have both modes and no long waits but I just don't see it happening.
It is also interesting to play for the survivors. But the fact is that many survivors have become interested in playing for the killers, and not just for the survivors. Therefore, the total number of killers has increased due to yesterday's survivors.
I used to only play for survivors, but now I play for both sides in this 2v8 mode.In general, I see no reason to be outraged, because now I find the game for the killer in just 3-5 minutes. The excitement subsides, because few killers and the same locations get bored. I hope to see 2v8 mode with all the maniacs and locations. Playing for Ghostface and Pig will be fun)

The killers get infinite aura read for the first half of the game, they aren't weak. The event is largely killer sided and EVERYONE agrees. If you think preventing tunneling is a bad thing then YOU are part of the reason people are asking for anti tunnel mechanics…
I never tunneling on killers, and play mostly as a survivor (Yun-Jin avatar seems to hint at this),
so keep your fantasies to yourself.
-
As a survivor, I like it when killers use an interesting mori on me, for example, I like Deathslinger mori
-
I would like to have some simple gestures (not dancing), for example, wave my hand, show heart with my hands, show my tongue to the killer. Something like that
-
Huntress is the best pair for my Trapper
-
Pig and Ghostface
-
I enjoyed more Lights out mode
-
I usually play as a survivor, but now in 2 v 8 i play as a killer too, because it's interesting. I think a lot of the survivors went over to the side of the killers, so there is not enough survivors now)
Although I also like to play 2v8 as a survivor too.
-
If you don't like the mode, play the usual mode. What is the problem? The usual mode is always available.
I and many other people like the mode. Why shouldn't we play it because of you? -
I don't think that's a good idea. This will weaken all the killers and upset the balance. Although I am against tunneling, in most cases the survivors are to blame. They should not be treated directly under the hook, but run away and hide, so after the hook they are given acceleration and durability to do that.
-
I won't play against or with bots, it's not interesting.
If someone wants to play with bots, they go to single-player games. -
I agree that Pig shoud be buffed.
I think the trapped survivors should always see the auras of all the boxes, as before, and not just those in which they have not yet searched. So they can get confused and repeatedly search in the same box. The reverse traps should be reinforced so that they can be triggered more often, because this is a feature of the Pig from the movie, its uniqueness. -
It would be great to have such an animation. But I also want to be able to hug the killer too.

I have the same issue, but the buff is not working for me
I tried it more times and now i'm not sure, wether buff is working or not

- "Ready" button? I spend BP sometimes in this time
- TBAG before pass through the exit gate? No, not really
- Do survivors like to see the killer watching them jumping into the exit hatch?
well, sometimes. If I'm in a playful mood, It feels childish, like i'm saying: "Look, what i found, daddy Wesker! ". But I don't TBag there as killers don't like it)
And it can also feel like flirting with death, because you can't be sure that the killer won't grab you at the last moment)
-
I hope to see the Pig become stronger
-
"Do you wanna know how I got these scars? "
I want) -
-
It is also in lobby:
-
Nemesis's chest has the same animation bug.
-
I hasn't received either
-
In the control settings, you can set "switching" instead of "Holding". Try it, it's more convenient, than holding button all the time
-
Other survivors have the same hands position bug.

What Survivor were you playing?
This happened to me on other pallets in Midwich, but it only seemed to happen to me when I was playing female Survivors.
I was Yun-Jin Lee
-
Also there no facial animations when survivors are hanging on the 1st stage of the hook, or being carried by the killer. And they don't blink.
-
I have the same bug. It takes place in the lobby during the search for the game and when the game has already been found and Ellen is standing with other players.
Platform: Steam -
I usually wait for the killer at the hatch, but not for very long, because at this moment I feel like a child. A child who wants to show off: "Look what I found!" Funny.
It's the same on the gate: "Come and take me on my way, my sweet killer!"
This is childish and naughty) -
I have the same problem with The "Tanuki in the Fog" Steam Achievement avatar/image
-
Wesker Albert
-
Also Yun-Jin "No spin" cosmetics bug: pompons are not green any more. Just like on beta-test, there was the same bug
-
I let them go for various reasons.
If I see that they can't handle me at all (for example, when I'm a Nurse), I can let one or even two go. When they hide very nicely in the bushes from the Nurse, but I still see them)
I also sometimes let some guys go down the hatch because they look sexy.
I let Ace go once because he was bothering me the whole game: sawing hooks, blocking the passage to the hook. And in the end, when there were two of them left, and I couldn't find the other one, he brazenly deceived me! He beckoned me to him, pointed somewhere with his hand and led me to the cupboards. I thought there was a second person hiding there. I checked the cupboards, but they were empty! And Ace was giving me a toxic tea-bagging in the distance! He infuriated me, but at the same time it was fun. I thought he was good and let him go through the hatch.
