PC - Survivors' facial animation remains normal when injured
Their faces don't look like their in distress when doing certain actions such as healing, opening exit gates, gesturing when injured.

I reported this a while back and it still hasn't been fixed

Also there no facial animations when survivors are hanging on the 1st stage of the hook, or being carried by the killer. And they don't blink.
