For Solo Groups
Some good features would be a emote that could display a certain status by their name (much harder to do)Support making Bond just outright innate within a shorter distance for solo groups.
Also increasing BP rewards would give more reason to play the mode that way.
Making survivor screams locatable like what the killer has.
If you think this gives an unfair advantage to the Survivor, chances are if you play with a SWF they know/have all of this and can coordinate giving a massive difference in team difficulty. -
Thats the point hexes are supposed to be super strong but very vulnerable. If players have to waste time getting rid of the hex have less players doing gens and you get a audible alert.

from your core changes, this basically only one I would use:
*While in Feral Frenzy, The Legion can interact with the environment without losing power gauge. (Vaulting, Kicking, Snuffing Boons, Opening Lockers,Exit Gates, etc)
Otherwise it's either useless, or overkill.
Legion is one of my main killers and I don't really want BHVR to touch them in any way other than creating more skins… I am completely fine with their current state, even addons.
There is several other killers, that need attention more, even at risk of getting screwed.
Use Never Sleep Pills if you want extended range

which is reportable
Actually its not its when you work with the killer its debatable reportable. If you throw the match because the situation is hopeless its not reportable.
-
I have a different way of getting Weekly awards.
Playing matches
Play set amount of matches get some BP
Play another set get some Rift
If you want throw in bonus awards for good games like 50K in one game for a random icon or banner
This way it keeps player retention and people playing. -

How is sluggin toxic? If you don’t like slugging for the 4K then remove hatch.
I think the entire dying state needs to be reworked and made into one health system. This would make sense.
1st Hook or downed character
Can use perks or use attempts to get off hook or wake up at the risk of more damage
2nd hook dying state less recovery time and no attempts allowed naturally.
Knocked down from dying a very limited time in dying state and instant hook death. -
I think the perk should be tied to how long you keep that hook endurance effect anything that prolongs it gives it more time. Simple effective and allows anti tunnel builders to have a combo with borrowed time.
-
Redesign the system
Hooks and dying state should be one pool
Allowing the ability to recover from dying state until 2nd hook at the risk of being damage even more and obvious 2nd hook you cant just like now. -
Yea putting ping in the lobby killer included would allow players to back out
-
- Rewarding teamwork for BPs
- Rewarding daring acts better Pallet stuns and escaping chases should be the most bold BP rewards or completing gens in the terror radius.
-
I am content with Spine chill revert if the player is not Broken or exhausted giving a benefit to healthy survivors and making the perk weaker if affected.
-
Its a hitbox issue coinciding with ping. I get hit sometimes 1 sec after I vaulted. Its a very frustrating issue DBD needs to address.
-
Almost all 110 killers have a good ability to make up for the lack of movement if you failed to get kills before the gates are powered that is on you.

That doesn't solve the problem of getting little to no BP in a game because there's no event and you've run out of cake/pudding/BPS
Thats the point reward BP great accomplishments besides getting a great skill check, hits, hooks or stuns. Reward great achievements better ie medals or goals. Not only would it incentivize players to do better you get BPs to boot.
-
Dead by Daylight servers have been very bad lately
-
The best part of the event for survivors was the Bloodmap which is Rainbow map with an unlimited range empathy :P
-
My answer is simple give medals or game rewards for a certain amount things accomplished like the accolade system in Fortnite
Examples
Hooking the first 4 players none the same player
Healing all three players
Unhooking all other players
It gives a reason to play for certain things and it would greatly motivate the game to be better I think? -
Here is my thoughts
Team is given 10 Free Hooks (You cannot ######### but if you're not rescued it culminates another hook loss)
Getting a second hook from the first gives you an auto get off feature.
Gen speed reduced by 5% (could be more) natural progress
Dying can be recovered until the 4th hook (making sure the game doesnt end prematurely on bleedout KOs)
After the 4 free hooks all Moris can occur/used
After 10 hooks you get hooked you die
Yes I am reducing the overall hook count but that is balancing but I am giving protection from Moris until the 4th hook loss
Hatch is last player never changes -
As long as challenges are required end game they wont let it happen
-
@CrypticGirl said:
Do Survivors still do gens and stuff? Or is it like an entirely different game?
Survivors cannot be hooked only knocked and killed
Gens are reduced
Survivors can only do gens or heal other survivors -
Bull BHVR buffed killers before
-

tunneling isnt a bad thing. only survivors cry about it. its same thing with gen rushing and ignoring chests/totems etc.
And only Killers throw temper tantrums when they cant get everything their way

https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/409854/why-are-survivors-so-bad
According to the devs, survivors are too strong and only die around 40% of the time. More killer buffs are on the way to 'fix' this.
Thats why Killer ratios released by them is higher
-
Then buff the weak killers right. We need a balanced set of killers.
-
There should be a way to weed out people you dont want to play with especially if they previously trolled your previous games.
-
This would make this perk unusable why run this when you can run visionary (which no one runs). Its meant to be a reveal 3 get a bonus to either allow a quick 1st gen or late 4-5 gen to speed up the process.
-
@Hexonthebeach said:
For the People shouldn't count as healing action. Just this.
It isn't counting for healing challenges why it's different for Buckle up?
For the People
Targeted player becomes healthy and you become Injured X secs. No recover no heal just a status removal to full health.
-
Its meant to sabotage hooks and create paths to stun. Its a good perk but you have to be good to use it also FTP and BU REQUIRES DOWNED PLAYERS. Background player only activates when a player in on the killer shoulder. This is another complaint post with little facts in desperation to nerf something that is not a thing.

This is especially infuriating when all the explosion sounds and musics are stupidly loud, as if they are intentionally trying to harm earbuds of players.
Right now its the blood effects that drown out other sounds
-
@fulltonon said:
Like, literally absolutely invincible, until killer hooks others or survivor touches gen, no hitbox.
This is not a trolling and I'm 100% sure this will fix tunneling.
No need for BT DS blah blah blah blah fixes, just one dumb invincible mode will do.
I think they could do this with these exceptions
- After a character is hooked
- Effects last 10secs
- Character has no hitbox (cannot interact with killer or block it) and cannot be affected by other actions.
- Effects last until duration expires or any action is performed.
-
Here is my thoughts
For the People
Become injured to put another survivor at healthy (No heal just transfer of one of your health statuses to another) you get broken for X secs, Revealed for X Secs and become obsession.
Buckle up
100% heal to downed survivors. If a downed character is healed give X Secs of endurance, haste (125%) and no footprints.

No? why should they?
Then why should killer get to see Survivor perks in the lobby?
-
@Royval said:
if this gets implemented killers should see them too
Then we should be able to see killer perks as well you wont agree to that.
-
Many perks rely on teammates knowing they run that perk. Look at Plot twist or Wicked. Many times, players will run to their help when its not needed wasting time. Having knowledge of the perks run allows better teamwork in game you cant communicate in solo Q. Yes that does run the risk of longer wait times but its going to give a better experience to the game and should bring out a better kill to survive ratio so BHVR can better balance the game.
-
Ask yourself this. How many SWF well communicated teams do you face each day? Most are solo teams (even teamups dont mean well-coordinated most likely its just friends playing with friends) with no teamwork or coordination. Busting up perks to make it more killer friendly makes solo unplayable to appease killers who want easy wins 90% of the time. This game is very casual based with no real comp base that dominates the scene.
-
I got it something like this
Example
I am not ready to die just yet
If you get your 3rd hook and nobody else is on their 2nd hook instead treat this as your 2nd hook and this perk deactivates.
-
Voice chat wont happen but at least show Survivor perks in the lobby window. If I cant hear they I at least want a understanding why they will likely be doing and what they can do.
-
The only people who want the nerf cant play the game and complain when things get to hard. Get better dont say excuses.
-
Lets see Rainbow map plus bond with no min range yep....
-
Top it off the add-on for the event has been disabled.....
-
Skull merchants drones have one function slow the game down. Place the drones in high traffic zones and then patrol. They wont win the game but allow you to slow the game down.
-
I dont hate trans or anti trans but Uknown they said what it is. Its not trans or anything to that matter. If people want to make this about that can leave the game right now no one will miss you.

I don't have a problem with the skin. The trans VA does (she wasn't shown it when doing the voice lines), and she's said she would not have done the voice work for if she knew it was going to be like that. I think her opinion is the most important on this subject matter.
I dont think most people give a care what she thinks and if she wants to have a temper tantrum let her who cares she can scream into the air.
-
Simple idea new status cannot be healed but you keep your current health state until its gone. No mither and Spiders should cause injury but they should not be allowed to heal back to full.
-
@Royval said:
Dbd went from only ever showing if you were hooked and injured to showing every action you are doing to now people wanting to see what perks everyone is running. How much handholding does players need.
So DBD story is survivors are either at a severe disadvantage or just equal to the killer also solo Survivors are mutes and cant tell you basic things in solo Q.
-
Fine nerf it also buff DS and off the record and buff Unbreakable to be 2 times (one for each hook)
Slugging and Tunneling is just as toxic as FTP and Buckle up.

That is not "using the correct pressure", that is something a swf that basically already won can do to flex on the killer. Are you implying that, because of this extremely, absurdly specific scenario, weaving spiders is not a terrible perk? Or am I just misunderstanding something?
All I am saying if used correctly can make the game hard for the killer to apply pressure and keep gens unworked. The trade off is huge being broken and injured the whole game but the reward is good also.
-
@Hex_Ignored said:
https://forums.bhvr.com/dead-by-daylight/discussion/comment/3673316#Comment_3673316
So let me get this straight: the scenario you're picturing here is the killer trying to hold a 3 gen and then the survivors use weaving spiders and install 4 bnps on the same gen. Did I get that correctly?
All I am saying is if you use the correct pressure on the killer trying to end game hold gens you can effectively destroy the control.
-
@Hex_Ignored said:
I have to stress again just how terrible weaving spiders is. Yes, on paper installing 7 bnps sounds insane until you look at the cost. 120 seconds sitting in the basement doing nothing and becoming permanently broken. This isn't worth it at all.
Wicked at least has some use as an info perk now. Still, the "main effect" is extremely situational but the aura reading part is usable and pushes the perk from bad to niche.
Strength in shadows is meh. It's not offensively bad (unlike weaving spiders) but it's also not really worth using. Running injured across the map to self care in basement is risky and should have a higher reward. It's probably faster to just self care in a safer place anywhere on the map.
Its -10 off the gen and killer can never undo it with Brandnew parts you could take one of the killers 3gens and reduce it to 40 (40 Brand new parts and the perk) he would be forced to either camp the gen fully or give up on that gen protect.

I can’t remember having a game that lopsided in many, many months while in solo queue..and I play way, way more than the average player. If this is something happening regularly it’s a skill issue, not a solo queue one.
Three mins into a game Bubba hooks player basement 2 others go to save it its over because Bubba has that instant down because you cant talk or communicate.
