You know this isn't actually real right?

  • A lot of self-reporting going on in this thread kek.

  • My one observation about TTVs is if they're streaming they're usually all GG and stuff but if they're not they'll be just as toxic as everyone else post-game, it's pretty funny.

Most arn't toxic when streaming although I do get complained a lot on stream but that might come from me generally playing killers that arn't well liked (Hag, Twins and Slinger before they got nerfed).

  • TFW you wanna complain about something but actually understanding what you wanna complain about means you can't so you go "screw it" and decide to make things up smh

  • I mean I don't play hag because she's too easy.

Pick your 4 gen you wanna control and trap every choke point and it's generally GG unless they actively try to make all your traps go off as your hooking someone which nobody does.

  • Just don't nerf pinhead anymore he is in a good place (I mean add-ons below purple are trash but that's w/e I guess since he doesn't need them).

  • Look around for a second and find the two closest hooks (preferably in opposite directions) walk towards one for a second then when they run to it turn around and go for the other one.

If you're close to the hook to start with just hit the person saboing it you'll interrupt them and they'll have to run away. It takes 2.5 seconds to Sabo with the perk so keep that in mind.

Faking pickups is more of a thing with flashlight squads than sabo squads but I've had that work on occasion as well.

  • Agree it's Dead Hard but I think Prove Thyself is severely underrated as to how strong it is and close to DH in strength, it makes already fast gens absolutely disgusting it's just not as flashy as all the other meta perks.

  • Hoping for xenomorph but not getting my hopes up.

  • Someone wasn't here when the last ds change happened or when undying first released or they wouldn't have made this thread.

  • I don't mind killer having to juggle so many things I think that challenge can lead to interesting skill expression but it just feels bad when you have all that and all other side has to do is gens and occasionally hexes when the killer has them.

There needs to be another objective for survivors to do and forcing the killer into a specific perk build or play a specific killer like pig or cenobite is not the way to do it.

  • Yeah no SBMM isn't bad the balance of the game is. SBMM actually does a good job compared to that abomination we had before where red rank killers would get rainbow rank survivors and yellow killers got full team of reds.

No it's a serious post. Devs don't care about the game for killers

There is no way you've been playing since the beginning or near the beginning and think things have actually gotten worse for killers like there's just no way.

I could go down a very long list but I'll settle for reminding people actual infinites used to exist and you could dominate a lobby and then only get a 2k cuz oops they had a key. There's so so much more than that but the point is there's no way you expect to be taken seriously.

  • I don't understand people's obsession with mmr and ranks in what's essentially the mario party of horror games.

Yes skill is involved and decisions matter but at the same time there's enough RNG and imbalance involved that being competitive about this game almost seems irrational (yes I find the fact they hold Tournaments for this game extremely silly).

Actually, I was wrong, the truth is... I would tunnel if only I could tell who I already hooked. That is the only thing stopping me, I watch them on hook, and then... Poof. They disappear. If only I could tell their hook stage to continue my tunnel, but the magical barrier prevents my powers from activating and I have never tunneled before despite an immense desire to be one of the cool kids.

Many killers seem to think tunneling is the only way you can 4k (I'm not really gonna comment on if tunneling is good/bad that's a different topic) but struggle to keep track of hook states so sometimes don't despite wanting to so if the game does it for them some will definitely use it for that purpose.

As for the topic as a whole personally I think keeping track of hook states is part of a killer's skill and dislike any type of handholding mechanics like I feel that would be if it was implemented.

Good question, to bad the people who have that opinion can never seem to explain their reasoning for maintaining that opinion. All I am saiyan is that even flat earthers explain why they feel the way they do. Technically a tier above the "this will encourage tunneling" crowd, if we look at it objectively.

I posed a question and your response was to be defensive and not even attempt to answer it, well done.

  • Why would this make killers not tunnel? If anything I would think it would encourage it even more.

  • Hoarder + Franklin is kind of a trap on Pinhead in all honesty. Hoarder is okayish but you don't really need it as long as you understand the cube's spawn logic and franklin is almost bad on pinhead because you pick up the cube automatically anyway when you down the survivor with the cube and the alternative of making them drop the cube during a chase and either abandoning the chase to solve the cube which will literally spawn again 10 seconds later or leaving the cube to continue the chase and hoping nobody picks it up in the meantime is a bit of a lose lose either way.

You are way better off with neither and just staying in the general area of the cube and just interrupting when they try to solve and you don't really need any perks to do that although I'll admit lethal pursuer can be very decent for this purpose if you want to try and beat them to the first cube spawn
