Streamers that have partnership with BHV got early access to the DLC, I saw the nerf from them.
Have you considered it being just a visual bug? It's not the release build and stuff like errors in descriptions are very common anyway.

That's understandable but i admit no dev update was worrying, i suspected that there was no dev update because the changes would have caused a reaction that wanted to be avoided.
Well why would you change something while knowing that people are not gonna like it in the first place.

We're not going to be publishing a PTB - Live Developer Update, we're looking to move away from those (timelines are super tight around them). We've given out most of the changes - explained about Xenomorph etc, so we'd ideally like the Livestream and the Patch Notes give the main updates.
Going forwards we're looking for other ways to get this information to players without the blog.
For the curiosity's sake, could you elaborate on why exactly dev updates are so tight for scheduling? I always percieved them as something that is done with ease but if it isn't it'd be intersting to know why and perhaps what other possibilites could you explore to gather preemptive feedback.

Good changes:
• Freddy's rework as a whole• Most of the recent killer tweaks, especially Myers
• Most of the recent perk balancing
• Rarity adjustment for Sacraficial Ward
• Surrender option
• Survivor action HUD update
• Default and prestige outfits being presented as sets in the cosmetic menu
• Removal of Deep Wound darkening filter
Bad changes:• I genuinely can't think of something bad, anything I would like to mention is getting changed with the next chapter so I guess they did a pretty good job in the last few months.

It's this week. That's all we know.

You seem very sure of that. Know something we don’t?
Look at the comment above you.

You guys are the kind of people BHVR made these tests for.

It was going to be based off TR but they changed it because of nurse and how well it paired with lethal pursuer.
No it wasn't. Such version of this perk was never presented to the public.

I guess they thought he'd be OP if survivors didn't have that much heads up. It works well for Awakened Awareness and terror radius builds, but that's about it. It seems really arbitrary otherwise.
Awakened Awareness is not based off terror radius, it's just flat 20 meters away from the killer distance.

Official statement from the developers.

I remeber Dev Updates being on the first week of every month. Now is a "SUPRISE! HERE THE PTB!"
like bro, ######### is going on?
This literally happened just once, which is weird but devs could have their reasons. Now if that becomes a trend then we should get worried.

I honestly wished to get a direct answer from the devs but yeah, whatevs.
It's coming out in a few days anyway. -

I wouldn’t say we’re “long past” it. It usually drops one or two workdays before the release. Given the release is on Thursday, I’d assume it drops on Tuesday or Wednesday.
The last 10 dev updates or so all came out on Thursday before the actual patches came out, which is 5-6 days of a gap

I have many friends that are trickster mains and they HATED MFT especially when paired with HOPE they thought it was too strong so I do believe he got his speed buff because of MFT
I’ve literally said that this isn’t the case since MFT and Trickster received changes in the same update, how can this make sense to you?
-
I am not against this buff for Hag, but the bit about Trickster is completely wrong. He was not given 4.6 m/s speed due to MFT being strong, they were literally changed in the same update and this change to Trickster was made in line with his whole mini-rework.

I thought they just buffed this did they not?
They did and my post was made with the consideration of it.

This is a really interesting idea for a killer. He doesn't have any chase abilities, stealth abilities or movement abilities, but he does have what would probably be the strongest slowdown power in the game if it were to be implemented, especially on larger maps. Once they've been dragged into the darkwoods, they're essentially playing a different game entirely until they escape, which I think is a fun idea.
For balance's sake, I do feel like it could use some limitation on how many survivors can be in the darkwoods at once, or how often a survivor can be sent to the darkwoods though.
I mean, he has decent chase power, considering the fact he can injure survivor in deathslinger style once in the Darkwoods. He also has just a little bit of stealth because you can’t tell where exactly he’s coming from when you’re in a different realm. Also I agree with you on that ability to kidnap survivors must have some cooldown, maybe something like Freddy’s alarm clock invulnerability but after you escaped from the Darkwoods
