High settings, I could care less about trying to gain a "competitive edge" in a game like DBD, I have a powerful PC I'd rather my game look nice

My monitor is a QD-OLED, so playing at 16:9 with black bars is not an option. I know all about the .ini file read-only boxes and the like. Like I said before the alien update it worked like it should. I was playing at stretched 2560x1440 at 145% resolution scale. Game looked great.
ScreenRenderSize? Haven't heard about that, I'll try it out today and I will give you an update.
Black bars on the side aren't a problem for QD-OLED display burn in, as the pixels are literally turned off. As others have said go into your respective gpu's control panel and set dsr factors higher for a better upscaled resolution

With the reworked addons they showed you can run a combination that makes so that he only has to hit THREE blades to have main event. Obviously we won't know till the PTB, but man that sounds crazy

I think its good as is, solves facecamping but doesn't outright eliminate camping which is necessary at higher mmr

As a PC player I feel bad for my fellow console brethren, killers like Pinhead, Trickster, nemesis must feel impossible so I hope they add support

Your experience has been quite different from me but that is to be expected thanks to mmr and region, I suspect the biggest tell of whether or not lobby dodging as a whole has been a huge problem will come down to what BHVR said happened during the prestige test. If they say it isn't worth disabling than clearly the minority was vocal, if they say it had a massive impact and will disable till endgame than we will know it was a huge problem.

Why tho? Seeing it in the lobby means lobby dodging and worse matchmaking times for everyone. Plus you can still see it in the endgame

I would say if a down a survivor before getting bloodlust the chase was very good for me. As survivor it I wasted the killer's time enough to either, let someone get rescued off a hook, have a gen complete, or have my teammates all heal, than the chase was worth it

There is also the f11 engine bug which someone can utilize to force the game to crash unfortunately, ive had some games end because the survivor did that when i went to pick them up

I'll bite the bait here, you are right they are different. One allows a killer to traverse the map in the blink of an eye, has a far larger trap radius that affects survivors and blends into map environments much easier. The other gets triggered by the killer unless you are running an addon, is bright white unless you are running an addon, and did I forget to mention, it's a 50,50 the survivor escapes the trap before you get there..... unless you are running an addon. There is a reason trapper is F tier and Hag is Low A regardless of whether the trapper tries to run a basement build
