NOED is fine. There are multiple perks and an item you can use to find totems. Either do dem bones or risk the killer having NOED (or what seems to be the most popular play now is to ignore the bones but keep track of where they're at. If NOED pops, go back to all dem bones spots and find the one on fire).
EDIT: I can also anecdotally say that NOED was something I never ran but with CoH in play, I've started adding it to a few of my builds for fun. It's really the only way to counter CoH since survivors won't do dem bones (as they want them all around for CoH) and you can't heal up if you go down in one shot

Survivor queues are clearly longer now because at all times only 3 Survivors are playing the game due to NOED OP!
The 3 must wait a long time for you to come online to make a single match worldwide.
That explains why Killers get instant queues, they are all set to face Very Hard Mode Bots.
I see no other way survivor queue times would take a long time.

Great, this sounds like people disconnecting if they are Survivor and want to play Killer and vice-versa.
But in the end, it does not matter, the game will be irrelevant rather sooner than later.
I mean, if your petty sure that can happen. DBD won't die but for a f2p asymmetrical game the hope is it'll gather a community that isnt as toxic as DBD.

Id like to use my Killer ones on survivor but if a survivor main sees it while we do co-op actions they might tell me to end my life in the post game chat and ddos me.

Nice this is great to hear and im glad you are having fun. What matters most is the fun you have, just be careful if your mmr starts to rise. A great way to keep yourself in a good spot is to have a few games without add ons, BBQ&C and let everyone escape while still getting close to max bp for more add ons.

Billy will always be my main and I still think he's decent.
If you get a Billy who goes for chainsaws even if your injured your have a pretty cool dude in your game who wants a fun game, not a sweatfest.

Where did the devs specifically say that bleed outs give the same amount as the rest?
On stream during the Q&A that went into how the system works. Its just "Kills"
If you play like me and only go for 4k bleed outs and yet still play against hackers and iri 1 death squads you'd also just figure it out on your own.

You literally answered your own question in the first sentence you wrote.
"Often matches are shorter and you go out of a match faster."
Just like the Killer you need to focus on 4 different categories but actively compete to get the points such as limited number of gen repairs to be made, limited number of survivors to unhook, totems to break, ect.

my advice is to not focus on a 4k, but instead just having fun. try a meme build without cheap tactics; if you win, that's awesome, if not, you were running a meme build.
This is great advice to learn to lose gracefully but its common knowledge that the reason you need to learn how to get thick skin and prevent depression is due to toxicity in game and in chat.
The way I see it, Facecamping is as optimal as doing gens very fast. The killer is just doing their objective very fast.

Have the devs confirmed that bleedouts count for MMR? I asked them and they ignored the question. I know of at least one player who pretty much 4K bleedouts every game and is staying at low MMR. You don't get sacrifice points and it doesn't give you an emblem, so it makes sense that that do not count for MMR.
You do not gain Rank but you do gain mmr.
Sacrifices, Moris, Bleed Outs and Reverse Bear Trap kills all give the same amount of mmr, regardless if you hooked or not.
The only time you lose mmr is an escape. Hatch gives no gain or loss.

Yes, it counts as a kill and does give you mmr.
It is much easier than getting 12 hooks and more flexible than facecamping.
If you want to consider making it your main playstyle and increase your skill the best Killers to slug for 4k bleed outs are: Pig, Freddy, Doctor, Plague, Cenobite.
Pig with Face Mask and Knock Out is a good starting point.

Anyone know if consoles are affected? Iv been ddos'd a few times before the hacker epidemic due to xbox having a way to get ip's through messaging services.
Also curious what the offensive pop up displays when you try to report a hacker in game, I don't think it pops up for console.

If you wear an eyepatch on one eye at all times you can swap the eye its on everything will seem brighter for a while because you've adapted that eye to darkness.
Pirates would do it in the past.
You should do it, its kinda like hacking.

there, you wont have MMR
They've said a lot of things.
Splitting modes will change the game for everyone due to queue times.
The reason we don't get new modes is because it would create a split in active players between modes.
Keep on dreaming; like cross progression it'll never come.

Facecamp and get 2 kills as Bubba.
Any facecamps after that is just extra to show off your skill.
Deadlock and Corrupt and great stallers.

I got sent to Haddonfield as Billy and tried my best, played fair, had fun, no perks.
Tuned into the stream after and it turned out to be a 4 man swf looking to bully. They got really happy when one called out its a Billy, looking forward to making the trial hell.
The moment they started going down it became all complaining, rudeness and reports.
People just like to complain when stuff is hard; I just don't like the name calling and reports.

Id take an add on that removes Teleporting but gives him back his old Aura Revealed when Sleeping Survivor is outside terror radius.

If NOED becomes basekit, you need to make gens take less time and I don't think we want that.
Solo Q players are already pressed for time as it is, that's going to boost the number of SWF's by a lot.
Bruh the standard time to do 5 gens is 1:28 seconds, you seriously want the game to finish faster than the lobby timer?
