Second, Thrill of the hunt is WAY inferior to Kindred, especially if you don't play with Hex Perks. -

Two and three make sense, but one still bugs me. It isn’t the go to build for the huntress. The floral babushka is harder to get than the iridescent heads (in my experience).popoles said:1. It was needed, too fast wind up.
2. Relearning is a good thing. 3.5 secs would be optimal IMO.

I’ve been waitin for this patch to run a stealth build:JakeFromStateFarm said:So they hate pallet looping right? Why do we continue to make perks that helps looping. I want to see an increase in stealth perks and maybe encourage it. Sometimes its not fun but I'd rather stealth around then loop a killer for 5 gens. I know we have some stealth perks but they arent that great. Maybe its just me tho

Did you read my post? I said that I get camping when it’s the toxic tbagging survivors, but when it’s a L5 Dwight who can’t hit skillchecks, why camp him?Envees said:You cant define for me what my fun is. I find camping very enjoyable even though i am a decent killer. I dont need to camp but because of thousands of tbags, taunts, holding the game hostage, refusing to leave, BM in game and BM out of the game in chat, i no longer care and treat them all the same. They all get camped for my enjoyment. Honestly, i get a kick out of it. It is my fun watching them die. You are nothing but a meat popsicle for me.
If they want to remove camping they better come up with a good way. As it is they already stealth nerfed BBQ with the aura. It was a deliberate nerf. To help those who are too stupid to figure out that all you need to do is either not be there when he gets there or tbag the crap out of killer and then move telling him you know he has it and you WONT be there. I did this to all killers even if it was a tbag to empty space since he had no BBQ. I just assumed he did. Git gud
Blame the tbagging, BMing, disrespectful, exploit using, cheating -with voice com SWF for converting more and more killers into truly nasty, toxic killers who will kill you under their rules, not yours.
I am not here to provide you with fun. Playing killer is not fun so i am going to make sure you have none either. Just be glad i do not play anymore.

You are part of the problem. You are a reason the game is dying. The community is toxic, and you’re proving the point.chemical_reject said:
Ugh I'm so tired of reading these crap posts. BOO HOO... go play WoW or fortnite.RotBb said:Sadly, that title is true. Soon enough, killers will be gone and survivors won’t be able to get lobbies. The element of Survive With Friends throws off the dynamic of the game. Totem spots are awful. Looping is a skilless strategy that the killer can hardly beat. I was in a loop on Coldwind (the one with the fallen water tower, forgot the name) where I couldn’t even get my bloodlust up from how to loop was made. My ruin was destroyed one minute into the match, and my NOED was destroyed as soon as it spawned. The ranking is awful. I’m a rank ten killer, but because the group was Survive With Friends, the one rank twenty survivor in the group pulled the rank one three and four survivors were put into my lobby. SWF destroyes the fun the killer can have. Three or more SWF can be detrimental to what the killer can do. You need a certain perk set up just to secure ONE kill against a good group of SWF. I’m a good huntress, not the best, but good enough, I’ve gotten the adept achievement without even getting her to L50; but, that’s because I wasn’t going against SWF. Being put into a lobby with survivors way out of my league makes it nearly impossible to play. I need to camp to get a kill against a good group. I hate camping as a killer and survivor. It’s not fun for either side.
The game isn’t only bad on killer side. I have to play survivor to have fun now. I’m a P3 Feng with every perk and every adept achievement (for survivors). Playing with rank twenty survivors when I’m much better is annoying. The ranking system needs to be fixed. Rank One doesn’t mean much anymore. The way the ranking system should be is by Player Level + Ranking. A six devotion survivor shouldn’t be able to get into a lobby with a rank twenty level five player. It should be how it used to, where the survivors and killers could see the player’s ranking. A killer should not have to go against a rank one survivor if they’re not at least rank five.
Here is my list of things that need to happen:
•change the way players match up
•Fix totem spots
•allow the killer to see if the survivors are SWF
•Fix hitboxes
•Reduce Loops
•Remove the spin when survivors drop pallets
•Fix flashlight saves
- change the range required to get the save
- make the possibility to counter the save
• Show actual percentages
-Hindrance effect with huntress add-on
-Flashlight add-ons
-Medkit add-on
-Trapper trap add-ons
-Wraith add-ons
-Hag add-ons
-Bloodhound
-Shadowborn
-more that I can’t think of
•Rework “Surveillance”
-don’t make it only 16 seconds
•Buff Freddy
-Change the sleep transition to five seconds
-Make survivor’s repair/heal/sabo/exit speed 75% slower
-Increase power range
-Remove the movement speed reduction from the “Red Paintbrush”
-Make the “Black Box”’s obsession spawn away from other survivors (trump shrouds)
-Make a generator-like explosion sound when and where a survivor wakes up.
-Allow him to grab awake survivors out of the hatch

Not sure what else from there, please add to it or share your opinion. -
1. Laurie and David are the hardest to get achievements for, but I found that just stealthing while your teammates do the gens works great
2. You don’t need a merciless, you just need everyone to die. You can slug everyone until they bleed out and you’ll get the achievements.
3. If you have to, just loop the killer. I looped a doctor for all game and got out with an iridescent unbroken (my Claudette achievement)

It’s not balance that is the problem. It’s the game itself with some content that will never change.AshleyWB said:Changes will be made to improve balance. Give it time. This game has come a long way in the last 2 years. -
Yeah let’s not do that. Sometimes camping is the only way to secure a kill.
-
Read the actual post. The title is semi-clickbait.AshleyWB said:I only read the title. I totally disagree with you. More players now than ever. It'll take about another 5 years for this game to decline at it's current state. Even then there will be ample players to find full lobbys within a minute or two. Case Dismissed. -
I was actually thinking about this earlier, the only thing that shouldn’t really happen is the speed boost and exhaustion. Make it like Quick and Quiet, can only be activated every once and a while.
-
Yes I agree on many terms of your argument. Not every map has drop offs. The extended chases is really when a high rank survivor is in low ranks. A good killer vs an equally good survivor, the chase won’t be too long, even with these perks. Yes I agree killers aren’t as strong as survivors are now, but the problems isn’t the perks, it’s the ranking. A good killer who can counter the survivor won’t be complaining about the perks, it’s the killers who don’t know how to counter the survivors who complain. Having to use a map offering just to use a perk is dumb. 5000 bloodpoints just for a perk to work is ridiculesDabrownman1812 said:Are you a new player? Your conversation shows you just don't want to change your perk set up because it is comfortable for you. All exhaustion perks are strong (from a consistent rank one definitely before emblem survivor). Map offerings gives you ideal maps, all maps have a drop so smart survivors will stick to where their perk can activate. Dead hard is unique and not about escaping a chase. Survivors use these perks to extend a chase, not to escape. Game ends in 8 minutes or less for average competent players. Pro level? 4 minutes or less. If a survivor buys time for 2 gens, then d strikes that's more than half objectives gone. Any competent survivor can buy enough time so that most killers catch them by the time one gen is done. Three hooks at that case equals three gens, not counting ruin or time it takes to go to another survivor to start a chase. Dead hard also allows a survivor to go over a trapper's trap and put the pallet down on the other side. Time is not on the killers side and I'm a survivor saying this. Survivors are overpowered compared to killers. And we have to remember there is swf who normally use coms which the game literally was for randoms with no voice communication gives them an edge and can kill the stealth of stealth killers and can extend the search time for survivors since they can receive a verbal warning. -
Okay so:
1. Killers NEVER pipped off bloodpoints, it was off of kills
2. BBQ is a perk that fits because it’s not hide and seek, it’s an objective game.
3. Just because the killer lost you doesn’t mean he can’t find you before you go back to being an entitled survivor main.
4. Killers can’t rely only on sound because then survivors would hide by the cop cars in Lampkin Lane or by generators. A tip for the survivors is that generators are loud and can cloak healing and other sounds.
5. 1.4k hours is obviously into survivor because you are very one sided.
6. I love the pallet rework for killer and survivor. It helps killers catch up and creates a skill curve for the survivors.
7.Ive never seen an exploit that only killers can exploit.
8. Yes, they do test their updates before they put them out, but they can’t hold it back once it’s ready enough to be put out. Remeber what happened when they held back the Xbox and PS4 update? EVERYONE was pissed at them.
9. This post is so bad. You keep saying stuff proving you are an entitled survivor main and that you rely on your crutches to play. -

Yes while I see where you’re coming from, the blanket nerf is too big of a nerf. Unless the killer swings and misses before you vault, you will get hit. Dead hard is not a log enough sprint to escape the chase. Balanced landing couldn’t even activate on certain maps. Sprint Burst is the largest meta, right next to self care, but that doesn’t mean that all exhaustion perks need a nerf. It’s like playing Lérys as Leatherface. There are so many windows that your chainsaw becomes useless. Balanced landing can’t be activated on a portion of maps, so you brought a useless perk. If you’re injured, it’s likely you’re going down if you try to use lithe.ItsDaEmuDood said:@RotBb said:
With the 2.1.0 update over the horizon, we are getting our perks nerfed. Sprint burst, dead hard, lithe, balanced landing, self care. They’re becoming less useful with the next update. Here’s my idea to keep their usefulness just as good.
Self Care- using a medkit to heal by yourself will make the medkit lose charges at 30/40/50% the speed. Lose progress when not using a medkit is healing is interrupted. Heal others with medkits 30/40/50% faster.
Exhaustion perks- normal activation situations still apply. Recover from exhaustion at 25/30/40% speed while running, 75/80/85% while walking, 90/95/100% while crouched, and 95/100/105% while not moving.Sorry, but the point of a nerf is to make a perk less useful, or drop it out of the meta. People were complaining that Dead Hard, Lithe, and Balanced Landing didn't need nerfs. They actually do because once Sprint Burst dropped out of the meta, people would turn to these perks for their Sprint Burst. Sprint Burst was the actual speed boost on demand. Lithe and Balanced Landing had certain conditions that needed to be met to activate the Sprint Burst within. Lithe was pretty much Sprint Burst, but you HAD to be in a chase to use it, and you couldn't use it in open areas. Balanced Landing also has its uses. You could have the Killer chase you, and just hop off a ledge, have reduced stun time, and get a Sprint Burst. The most probable reason that it's only a Rare Perk and not a Very Rare Perk is that it depends on the map's terrain, which is the determining factor of its usefulness. We do have map offerings too, so Charred Wedding Photographs, Jigsaw Pieces,The Last Mask, and even Heart Lockets would rise in use, threatening Killers with the ability to abuse the height of the map's main building's and height attractions. Adding these would simply be reworks, and might even make them better. The whole point of the Exhaustion nerf was for it to be less of a problem for Killers, especially good ones.
