For the Comments about adding more hooks, I disagree. I think the limitation is good. Scourge hook perks are strong but not OP. I'm just asking to not keep getting RNG where they all spawn on half the map, making the other half of the map a dead zone and losing complete use of your perks. Especially since often multiple Scourge Perks are stacked

Noed is currently a waste of a perk slot.
I'm tired of facing 2 to 3 adrenalines in all my games. Noed was it's direct counter, but this perk is terrible nowadays to such an extent that it only guarantees a down and one hook stage because of how easy it is to remove.
Not only that, but after the HUD icon buff to Solo Q, survivors can see now the progress of the last gen (another huge indirect buff to adrenaline btw), so when the last gen pops the gates are opened instantly, greatly reducing any endgame chance for the killer.
Adrenaline is meta (it is used both in low mmr by Megheads and high mmr by already good loopers to make sure they get away) so it needs a decent strong killer perk to counter it.
-Adrenaline benefits:
heals you 1 health state, gives you Sprint Burst, makes you stealthy during endgame if you were injured (no more grunts of pain nor pools of blood), allows you to go rescue a teammate during endgame (because you're not injured) and on top of that it encourages gen rush since survivors with adrenaline don't waste time healing. They can also finish the last gen in your face without repercussions.
-Noed benefits:
-It guarantees you to down a survivor, 2 max if you slug, and one hook stage on average (sometimes not even that). After doing this, the perk is usually disabled, so with a bit of teamwork plus the basekit BT all survivors can safely escape even against a killer using noed.
Meanwhile, survivors can have 4 adrenalines vs 1 noed per game (I mean nothing, that's how bad this perk is, only facecampers at 5 gens use it)
So could you bhvr, please buff this useless perk to do it's only job, which is counter adrenaline? thx.
Because right now they cleanse it so fast (in less than 30s) that it's not even good for that.
The same argument can be made for Adren as Noed. They don't get 2-4 adren's if they're not all alive. NOED shouldn't be able to kill all 4 in endgame. That is LITERALLY what baby survivors complain about it being OP as is. NOED is perfect right now. It's strong, it's a second-chance type of perk, but it's not the end of the game automatically if the killer has it.
Killer main talking. NOED is great as is, makes for some fun end-game builds but no longer a "i played bad but wanna win for free" perk for the weaker players.

Literally everything fun about survivor just keeps getting removed. Flashlight moonwalking/360ing is just impossible now. They made flashlights feel clunky to use just to appeal to 1% of the player base, and not even address the other flash issues in the game. There were other ways to go about with making the game more accessible to players with epilepsy, and they just make flashlights tacky to use. Locker saves are gone, which is pretty understandable considering it didn't have much counterplay besides go after someone else. Tunneling is at an all time high as there is no punishment for tunneling. And while in some situations tunneling is necessary, getting tunneled out of the match at 4-5 gens is just annoying. On top of unnecessary/over the top perk nerfs (Dead hard, Circle Of Healing, Spine Chill, just to name a few) survivor is becoming more and more unfun. Do I think the game will lose players? No. But the quality of the game is decreasing for both sides, and drastically for survivors.
Did you think 1% of players used flashlights to be annoying and taunt? You're in a dream world. Frankly it was 30-40%, typically the worst players who can't loop but lulz i dropped a pallet

Realistically nerfing DS was the main issue. As a killer, I would assume someone had DS and avoid picking up anyone who died shortly after hook. Slug at best. Especially if they got up in your face. But now DS is so insignificant, it has two effects:
1) no one runs it
2) no one cares if you do cause in 3 seconds you'll just down them again
The threat of DS was an effective deterrent.

Change the win condition from kills to hooks.
this right here would discourage more killer players to camp and tunnel and instead spread out their hooks.
it’s a win-win for both sides.
survivors have a higher chance of escaping because everyone is being two hooked instead of tunneled out of the game.
and killers still get to rank up and pip because they met the condition of hooks. It would also feel more rewarding for the killer that they hooked everyone twice.
of course, there are gonna be some killers who still will tunnel and camp but this should minimize it
There is no stated win condition. Winning is whatever you think it is. There is nothing to "change"

EDIT: I do not want to get banned for "bumping threads" so i will not reply again, but i would really appreciate a reply from a community manager about this...is it working as intended, and if so, does that seem like a good plan?
Just got another Sanctum 4-1-2 split, two gens literally one tile apart.
Can I get a response please? This can't be working as intended

This is a hot take...I mean can MMR be improved? yes. SHould there be no MMR? are you kidding? You just said "i wanna beat up on babies cause I can't play real gamers"
Do I say it? (skill issue)

This is a heartwarming story, but I dont think it outweighs having deadhard in the game....delete David and his perks pls
(I can't even troll without a disclaimer...this was such a sweet story <3)

If the killer tunnel you and you're good in chase there aren't any problems, because you can keep the killer in chase while the others do gens. Survs have thousands of second chance perk, anti tunneling options, but the real counter to tunneling is getting good. I have no problem with tunneling, because I recognise that at high mmr tunneling is needed to win, because if you don't kill fast then enjoy tbag and click click at the exit.
This is kinda silly. The killer will eventually catch you unless you're perfect. And no, you're not perfect.
I dont have a solution but creating an actual Win-condition could help. If you know hanging on hook is going to help your team win, it could be a little less frustrating

The major issue I see with these suggestions are it encourages survivors to be stupid. Like healing under hook, unhooked but hang around for flashlight saves...things that I punish as a killer. I don't disagree with the intent, but this would reward survivors for playing stupid

I mean that's nothing compared to the Regression perks that don't get activated by the Guards... cause they are his power
So 5% for having a Guard kick the Gen or have the Knight come up and put the Gen kick "meta" on that Gen
Eruption- Trap perk... doesn't activate until A) Gen is kicked and B) Survivor is downed... Then 2 things happen 1) the Gen losses 10% of progression and if there were any Survivors on that Gen they'll be Incapacitated for the next 25 seconds
Overcharge- Half a Trap but half action... The regression starts at 75% but if left for 30 seconds it gets raised to 200%, but the if a Survivor taps the Gen they will face a difficult skillcheck that if hit stops the regression but if missed then that Gen losses another 5-8%
And Finally Call Of Brine- Gen that is kicked will regress at 200% normal for 60 seconds... plus if a Survivor hits a skillcheck the Gen will give off a loud noise notification for the Killer
75% of perks vs default kit. This is an irrelevant point to what i'm saying.

Ah. We are already asking for knight nerfs. Lovely.
With the required "I am a knight/killer main, buuutt.....". Bingo. Right in the middle of the card.
Dude, why do you come in here with this energy? I play a LOT of Knight, I'm talking balance, not nerf. Get a life, add something constructive to the conversation, get out of your moms basement. Jesus christ this forum is here for feedback. I'm giving feedback. This is exploitable.

It has its own balance; Good Survivors will have 4 or 5 gens done before you get enough Evil to use it.
It's fine.

I swear you lurk the forums just to say no to everything. No. That is not true...Maybe a strong team with coms, but any solo/weak link and it's over. You aren't even addressing the core issue, you just come on here to go "nah bruh". You contribute nothing to the conversation, and exist only to troll.

Thank you, I read it but I can't seem to find a link to put in a support ticket. The page says it is required to submit video evidence, but there is no link nor forum that I can see to open a ticket. Can you direct me please? sorry for my ignorance
