Thank you! I wasn't sure with the Altruism from survivors.
It's always easier to get 4x BBQ than 4x WGLF. 4x WGLF involves throwing the game or getting yourself killed alot of the time; on top of killer just getting more BP in general.

I'm still kind of in disbelief that Nemesis and Twins received what I assume are going to be some pretty significant nerfs to their best addons in this upcoming mid-chapter.
I don't think anyone thought these Killers were overbearing. Maybe a bit boring to play against but not overbearing. So why the nerfs to their strongest addons? Personally, I think the problem comes from BHVR focusing primarily on stats as opposed to in-game performance. Maybe shoddy wording, what I mean is that BHVR saw the data of Nemesis matches for example, saw that most of them were using Marvin's Blood and decided that the best way to promote diversity was to nerf it without really thinking if Nemesis was too strong with Marvin's Blood.
In my opinion, it leads to a very bad situation where stats will make a Killer or addon seem overbearing (or in Nurse's case underbearing) when the reality is a lot different, and then these nonsensical balance decisions are made.
They gutted clown while they were at it. Literally he has like 4 addons that are not a borderline waste of BP and 2 of them just got nerfed! Why would you ever put BP into him? At least other killers like Nemesis / PHead who have dogshit addons actually have a decent base kit.

Again this perk has only been out for a month and a half.... Can we leave it alone
I get it... Getting a hook Vs. Gen being done are two separate things but the end result is the same (a Gen being blocked)
It's like BBQ and Bitter Murmur... Both show auras of Survivor(s) but one is done by a hook and the other is done by a Gen being done
And it would be useful to an extent but being what it is I think it's good enough.... but maybe my thoughts will change in like 6 months to a year
Yeah these people are not creative enough. 4 hooks with Grim Embrace + No Way Out is 100(!) free and non counterable (beyond denying the hooks) seconds added into the game.
Get the 4th hook as say Bubba, and you could literally just stand there until someone is dead and secure a 2-3k.

I can see people thinking Hag isn't S or maybe even A tier but to say she sucks just shows how little you know about her. I wish people would stop assuming that just because they personally aren't good with a killer, it doesn't mean that killer sucks
I have avoided playing her since CoH but I feel like that perk would make playing as her pretty awful. I don't even need to play a game of it to know exactly how it would go against a good team; the survivors grinding down the hags 3 gen with unlimited fast healing set up nearby.
Barring a survivor wandering too far into the web by luck, she really does rely on getting a down by injuring multiple people and keeping them injured until someone steps on a second trap and she finally gets a down to camp. I doubt it would be any fun to play her right now unless you had some rusty shackles on hand.

Haven't faced a good demo I take it ? If you find them easily loopable. They're playing demo very very wrong
Part of his strength comes from perk synergy with STBFL. Which is god tier on him.
I have played as and against him plenty. It's an above average chase tool but nothing compared to what I consider high tier killers.
He just got a significant nerf, which is pallet validation. Pallet validation hit demo more than most killers since he is regularly throwing himself through pallets as a projectile that is now sometimes a coin flip if it does damage or not.
Shred is also map dependent. Some tiles that are linear it's great but any circular tile renders it mostly a pallet breaking tool. You can get into chases in a Bubba-esque manner where you are right up on them and they are forced to drop the pallets and have them instantly destroyed. But it's just not good enough. Destroying pallets isn't good enough in the current meta. You need hits and downs, and fast.
STBFL is also worthless if you are hitting a SWF who are going to slam the gens in 5 minutes and can actually loop. In those cases, every hit will need to be a shred. Maybe it's good against average survivors who will easily take an M1.

Problem is the devs balance the game around low MMR. Boon removal doesn’t change that.
Yeah the funny thing is that strong killers still barely even care about boons but it just totally murderers the weaker ones and a few hit-and-run types. So if SBMM wasn't enough, it's even more of an encouragment to just spam meta killers/builds and camp/tunnel everyone because that's the only viable strategy for alot of characters in the days of 4 second healing speeds.

Haha. I'd say I'm a pretty damn good blight. I've faced some good groups that I just couldn't get downs on.
This is assuming everyone is playing at their best. I don't consider blight S-Tier. Because you CAN deal with him. I feel as though nurse is the only S-Tier. As she's the only one who truly controls her game.
I'm assuming you're going off who you feel is the strongest in order. I'll say and stick by demo is strongly in A-Tier. And is certainly better then Phead.
Perks considered. Twins just suck now with boons existing. All you need to do is kidnap Victor to a boon area and either have them follow and chase you as an m1 with no power. Or crush him eventually and heal easily. Their power is A-Tier since Victor is kind of bullshit. But in the field. Not at all.
That's just a few thoughts.
I still can't understand why everyone rates demo so high. His chase is just such dog tier. He is completely loopable at most tiles in the game and that's just not good enough for a high tier killer. Even played very well, it's still 2 hits to down and he can be fed pallets. The mobility afforded by portals don't mean anything when he can struggle for downs depending on the map.
He is OK but comparing him to killers who can just straight up get hits at almost every tile, even when the pallet is down? I don't get it.

Yeah but if they want to bless over a hex, it takes 24 seconds. Combine with thrill and even if they get rid of thrill first, that blessing takes 36 seconds.
Also again loads of builds incentivise cleansing instead of blessing. If you have penti and something else but they aren't ever cleansing, may as well count that as penti doing something, they are wasting time doing so many boons or blessing hexes. If you just run pentimento and nothing else, don't know why it is surprising they aren't cleansing. If boons didn't exist, they wouldn't cleanse either. Atleast with boons they are doing SOMETHING else other than gens.
I think the whole argument is null because the killer basically has to dedicate the entire build to potentially and ineffectively counting 1 perk that may or may not exist. It's like telling people to run small game 24/7 because they ate NOED 1 game out of 10.
There are plenty of killer characters who are weak enough they are forced to run full meta perks in order to stand a chance against a good team. Running a suboptimal build will usually result in them getting crushed, boons "countered" or not.
And to clarify that, I don't think adding a few more seconds onto a boon totem (potentially only 1 time for the whole match if thrill goes first) is a "counter" in any way, shape, or form. It's just rolling the dice on a totem RNG build that will be gone by mid to late game and it might not have even done anything for you. Ruin/corrupt/pop/etc will give you way more time back and they are not tied to any perk.
