  • Its funny yeah, but there have been countless survivor threatening me with all kind of stuff because I was running a slugg-strategy

Slugging can really help low tier killers. Remember Me, Noed, Deer Stalker is a god send build for late game.

  • Yeah getting farmed sucks. Maybe have a keybinding that changes your aura color to let them know not to try or won't let them.

I would agree with it being part of the game but I don't think that will ever happen. The reason why is they want new players and it wouldn't be a good experience for them.

I wouldn't have it active until rank 16 IMO. I would say 15 but with the new rank reset you need at least one without it.

  • dude stop posting the same clip. You dont scout the area before picking up the survivor nor face a wall. Making two huge mistakes and then still complain about flashlights. You have to literally be in position ready like that Feng was which only a bad killer would allow.

Wait what?! You can't just run up and flashlight? It's actually gasps SITUATIONAL? Poor babies.

  • For 6 to work you would need multiple totems on the map to cleanse or make dull totems respawn into Hex totems when they activate. I actually like the Hex idea but I'm more with Tyde Tyme in that it should just be part of the game instead of a crutch every killer has to run.

The problem I got with this patch is that they completely overturned the gameplay.

If survivors are so strong then they should patch it bit by bit untill both parties are equal. Now they just made a giant 180 degrees turn and the game is in the exact same state but now in the killer favour. But this was to expected by releasing big patches rather than quick fixes.

What??? It's STILL in the survivors favor. This closed the gap a bit but the mechanics of the game are still one sided.

  • That's how we got BBQ, pop goes the weasel, make your choice, devour hope. People still camp because survivors make it viable.

Yup. And if you're dumb enough to try and bait me away I'll stay because you're wasting time.

  • It's a neat idea but it only puts a band-aid on the problem, it doesn't fix it.

They're already fast enough to do all gens in 3 minutes so I really wouldn't want gens to be even quicker...

Plus coding that would be a nightmare.

  • Have to disagree on no roar, no killer should get a hit for free. Grab out of stealth is fine since they have to be brain dead to let it happen

They already said that they will be buffing the base power of all killers since tinkerer was overdoing it way too much.

Well then they should do that with the Tinkerer change, not after it.

They only have so many coder writers. It's the reason updates take so long in the first place. They will get to him after they are done with non-licensed killers.

  • Yeah lets kill the Wraiths one strength, that sounds fun.

I don't agree with the ruin thing.. It would be too punishing for newer survivors and the players wont stay in the community long... they need to make fun objectives for the survivors to complete in order to fully repair gens... this would help slow down the match which will help lower tier killers.. however they can only implement maybe 1 or 2 of these to complete because how is this going to effect nurse and billy matches? It should only be restricted to 2 objectives to fix 2 gens... it could be anything find a gas can.. have a gen need a part to make it quiet otherwise the gen is louder and sets off a signal to the killer repeatedly...

That's why I said rank 15 and up. Most new players are going to be hard stuck below that until they learn the game.

  • One upside is that Hag can abuse it like hell but yeah, totem spawns are a joke in DBD.

  • Myers is far stronger and can be really fun with his jump scare builds. Doc pisses people off and is a point ######### once you get distressing and BQ&C.

  • Clown is really good and is probably the third best killer. Looping him sucks due to his gas. Plus that laugh is just awesome.

  • Double the gen times or make Ruin permanent, take a few more pallets, and fix some of these abysmal window loops.( looking at you Ironworks )

  • MMMMMMMM No. Killers are supposed to have an advantage.

Mostly agree with Blueberry but add more control to her lunge. Not that hard to dodge.

Survivors dodging it is usually hardly an issue. It's only an issue with them out distancing you thanks to SB. My hopes are that without the early warning of the roar you can nail the hit before SB has a chance to kick in. I also had the idea of making the roar inflict exhaustion in her terror radius. I think that would be a nice way of giving her a counter to the current meta.

Not really a fan of the exhaust idea. If someone can time a DH on me then they deserve the dodge. To be honest I wouldn't mind SB so much if the games didn't end so damn fast.

Well DH isn't really an issue as it has counter play and you can bait it out to make it doing almost nothing. The problem with SB is that there is no counter play. I do agree though, if the games didn't go nearly as fast as they do then many of the perks like SB that waste so much killer time wouldn't be as big of a deal. The problem is though that the games are short, so they are an issue. Looks like the devs prefer tackling the problem from a perk standpoint.

Which I don't get. Every streamer they talk to tells them it's the core gameplay that's the problem. Gens are far to fast and pallets are so plentiful Iv'e had single chases last the entire match along with some really terrible window loops. What's really sad is that they just helped make a similar game that looks like it will be out right better.

I just want to see some challenge for once as Survivor, I'm not saying the idea is a top tier definite good decision, but man if I could experience the game being somewhat of a challenge then I'm all for it.

Until then it's just coasting through on easy street.

They are finally starting to address some of these issues so hopefully they will take some pointers from Identity V and start pounding out some quality fixes.

  • I'd rather see him reworked more than anything. Nothing about him screams "Wraith". Plus we now have 2 killers that can also do his job with Freddy and Amanda.

When I think of a Wraith I think of an angry spirit that can come at be from anywhere so here is my idea.

Make his heart steady, no variance on distance, as a passive and his active lets him go through objects after a small charge up. This would force survivors to be vigilant and let the Wraith mind game people as long as he's careful on his approach.

what trapper carry only one trap for hunting

picking and setting traps one by one is stupid and too slow

He should be able to take the traps from the locker in the first place, so he would not need to run acros the map for the traps.

To be honest I'm fine with them being on the map due to his new add-on. They just need better i.e. closer spawn points. Or at least ones that make sense.

  • Honestly they should just put a timer on the gates if you close it. Give the killer a chance to find the survivor and after 2 minutes the gates power. It gives the killer a chance to find the survivor while ensuring no stand off happens.

  • The only problem I could see would be lore wise. Amanda is a vicious b$%ch and letting people live through anything wouldn't even cross her mind.

  • Mostly agree with Blueberry but add more control to her lunge. Not that hard to dodge.

  • Is there a way to make sure devs read this? I like stealth gameplay and they keep making things to make it useless.

  • Players should always push to be better. If you're not great at hitting great checks then practice with a friend or make sure to grab luck items to help. Your reward for hitting a skill check is the absence of a killer breathing down your neck.

  • "can't attack before last blink used or always have 2 blink at max
    can't see while blink moving"

This isn't a nerf, this is unusable. The Nurse is all mind games. If she can't psych you out she quickly becomes mid tier.

The Doctor just strait up needs an Active power rework. His passive is ok to be a passive.

115% is normal killer btw. And with the buff it would be a bit much to be honest. She has amazing defense at the cost of offense. Her main problem are how little time she has to set up due to gens being so fast.

I mostly agree with the Pig changers except the speed buff. I'd say 170% is good just give me more control. Her traps are garbage though. The should make survivors blind to the boxes until it activates at the very least.
