That's how nurse got nerfed. Survivors whined their 1 trick pony didn't work on her. Instead of changing things up they begged for a nerf and they got their wish.
I'd say between the Doctor and Nurse, the difference is that Nurse did have a small BS factor to her power. I'm now saying it needed to get nerfed, but like...a good analogy would be "I died Halo 2 Multiplayer. It was probably my own fault" compared to "I died in Cup Head, it was probably BS".
However, the BS was 100% from her addons and didn't need a base kit nerf...

That is fair. @immortalls96 I play on console, so that influences my opinion. Doc kills FPS for everyone. His Shock Therapy is hard to land, and its useless on the really powerful loops.
Oni does have bad early game, but at least with my experience on console, he cannot keep up with Survivor's jukes and movements to contend on a high level. Basically, he is in the same boat as Nurse on console. Totally possible to play at a high level, just super difficult and not worth it for most people.
Oh well, fair enough. Console is a different ball game.

And that's why streamers like that person will never have more than 2 viewers.
When someone says that to me "imagine needing to do this etc etc"....I just say "imagine dying" and leave. It will leave a wound on their ego that will fester and likely permanently damage their ego. It's quite satisfying.

Doc has information, not map pressure. That being said, he also has limited chase potential.

I think you should clarify that this is from your experience. Not an all around fact.
Doc has fantastic chase potential. It's all down to how well you're able to time his shock therapy. If you get the timing right, you can shut down a loop before it even begins.
As for Oni, his early game is trash, as he's just an M1 killer for the early game, but he's not that hard to use, especially now with the 90 degree flick back in action.

I have no trouble revealing Ghostface...
Half the time you can reveal him while you're behind something. If it's made easier to reveal him, it needs to be made easier to stalk as well, because right now, I can reveal him from behind an object out of eyeshot of my survivor character, but when playing as him half the time with the survivor in view I still can't stalk.
Also, revealing through corn when he can't stalk through corn has to go.

I don't disagree but some players have different IQs. So not everyone is going to just pick up the game. I play 2hrs day and still made to red ranks on both sides. But we still have to consider making things a little better for Higher rank killers who don't play as often. And I would stay in lower ranks but chases are boring and It wouldn't be fair to the potatos still learning the ropes.
Ranks will be meaningless soon with the new MMR. It will be skill based matchmaking.
Though, the fact that you can't accurately measure skill in this game worries me about that system.

I'm not complaining it's a good perk, and good killers that use whispers get really good at figuring out not the exact location, but a good indicator of where a survivor might be. I'm not asking for a nerf or rework for a perk like that.
Fair enough. But yeah, it doesn't give an exact location. Your best bet is to stealth your way out of the area, or just keep moving out of the line of sight from the killer. Most killers don't know how to use whispers correctly anyway.

If you watch some of the biggest streamers and think they are god tier survivors or killers in the last...you need to look closer.
I'll actually go through a few here...
ANGRYPUG - He's mildly above average. He has the most escapes in the game (which is actually true), but he also plays more than anyone else. It's a time based thing. If you watch him play, you'll see his spins are, for the most part, awful, and as a killer his main playstyle is tunnel/insidious camp. Not that there's anything wrong with that, but it's not skill based in the least.
Vince - He's an average survivor and a below average killer who has amazing gimmicks and entertainment value (Officer Leathercock, anyone?).
Cahla - She might be the most wholesome DBD streamer you'll see who isn't StreamDad_, and as a killer, she's decent, but she gets tired of killer quick these days and switches to survivor, where she is slightly above average as a survivor.
Tofu - I mean, he can be good. He's like any of us. He has good games, he has bad games. He's unlike most of us in that he doesn't take it personally and throw his PC out the window when he loses. Though, he does seem like a survivor main who plays killer rather than a killer main. He has this "i won't use spirit fury because it's unfair for survivors" attitude. Mostly though, he performs as good if not slightly worse than your average killer. Great guy, though.
The only god tier survivors are really No0b3 and Zubat (and Edgar to an extent - he's an amazing looper. Still a shame what BHVR did to him). God tier killers are Marth, Zubat and...well, really thats it. Hexy is a great killer too but he uses tactics survivors don't approve of.
What I'm getting at here is that DBD isn't a hard game. You can be as good as them with a fraction of the time.

So you played against a Doctor...tried to loop him like any normal M1 killer, and it didn't work, so he needs to be nerfed instead of adapting against him.
DBD survivors in a nutshell.

Whispers doesn't give an exact location...how is that so hard to counter, and are we really complaining about "whispers" of all perks now?

Freddy should be A, behind Billy, and Wraith should be at least in C.

Nurse is the strongest. She has the highest skill floor, but also has the highest skill ceiling, so you actually need to be great as a player for her to be god tier as a killer.
Weakest is Clown. His power is useless x100. Followed by Leatherface, as others have said.
