It's base on killer playing. Good/Bad chase

Things that's actually should be nerf is key (new frankin would probably take care of it ) , mori , object etc.

I think he already has chase potential so i go for BBQ+3 slowdown perks (pop , sloppy , dying light). Addons i think double detonation delay is the best
reduce the shock delay to 0.5s (purple 0.3s , green 0.2s) it's almost instantly lol

At least he requires more skill than Freddy. Doctor with double detonation addon (0.5s delay) is pretty inevitable.
The addon come with red stain on your back and no restain on Doc's face

Probably my favorite build on him. Demo is a super weak killer, so spirit fury + enduring is my preferred way of getting some fast downs playing him. With no real slowdowns perks you will have to play like a scumbag at high ranks. Running slowdown perks instead of chase perks is a very greedy move that will be punished. Load into springwood against a full rank 1 lobby and you don't have spirit fury? You may as well just DC.
I love monitor on him since his terror radius is quiet to begin with, similar to Oni; so you will get many free hits because of it.
Weak? Many people think he's weak because they don't know how to play him. His shred is faster than survivor's fast vault. with that he can outplay the shack , jungle gym , LT wall and A normal loop or pallet gym too if you know how to do it. take a look at Bronx and Pyrus guide video so you can mastered Demogorgon. (Sorry for bad English)

Make his shock 0.5 delay. It's almost instantly.
Perk i use bbq + 3 gen slowdown perk cuz his shock give him huge chase potential.
Overcharged i think is for noob survivor and potato pc.

We’re pretty certain that mangled never differs from a blanket 20% healing debuff, unless the slightly/moderately/considerably is only referring to the length of time a survivor suffers mangled.
Oh i just find it in wiki it's not the same description as my ingame. It's not moderately,considerably anymore.

the slightly/moderately/considerably part only applies to the bleeding frequency. Mangled is a fixed status effect that always applies the same penalty (20% slower healing speed)
That's sloppy butcher. I mean some addon say moderately,considerably mangled. Is it different from sloppy's mangled?

He is balance now. Learn how to use shed effectively. It can destroy many loop spot
Normal pallet loop , jungle gym , killer shack .
With portals give him some mobility.
Put them on corner near gen. Survivor like to wasting time destroy portal but you can place it in 1-2 second lol.

If the hook-techer is willing to let the hooked survivor hit struggle, he can hold the killer there for up to two minutes while the remaining survivors do gens.
