You must be new. The only thing that matters is that the survivors have fun.
-
I just go afk when I get it. I don't get feedback from my perks, can't find totems to protect, tractor is back to being survivor sided.
-
I just want to know if i'm playing against a SWF or not. That's really all the balance I need. Have a line connecting the survivor friends in the pre-game so as a killer i can adjust accordingly.
-
I have to agree. Any perk that rewards bad play and acts as a crutch should be removed. Need to start discouraging bad game play. Adrenaline, DS, DH, Noed all should go. I mean seriously you don't need any of those, if you are a survivor just don't get caught and if you are a killer just down more people. sheesh.
P.S. I love when they realize I have noed and try to run for the gates only to see blood warden is up. End game builds are the best.

I want tigers!
-
I love when survivors tea bag at the gate. It makes blood warden so much more satisfying.
-
No they want a dc. find them.
-
Well. it's always fun killing them. Honestly they have such an advantage, if you kill 1 it's a win in my mind.

You act like the hatch is the only solution. When the last gen completes or the second to last survivor dies a timer starts. Could be generous but avoids both the luck of the hatch and holding the game hostage.
-
I only wish the best for the devs. I wish they would get better at survivor so they can stop nerfing killers.
-
overwatch was extremely toxic when first released. They put an easy reporting process in place and followed through. Toxic people will be toxic unless an outside source intervenes sadly.
-
I guess i just never paid attention. I just had 3 survivors escape using a hatch with 1 gen left to go and i depipped...do they depip when i mori?
-
Is the new matchmaking live?
-
Looking at the end game report i notice as killer i got docked because survivors healed. Are we supposed to just hit one and tunnel him out of the game then move on to the next one and do the same so we can get a perfect score?
-
If they were going to do this then they could at least give killer loadout set slots so they can change quickly between perk groups. I had different killers with different perks just to counter what the survivors brought. And to say they did this for ranks when they didn't implement the rank system yet is just b.s. as well.

As killer, midwich is my favorite. The others are ok. Haddonfield is the worst for me. I actually love Yamaoka estates as Freddy since dreaming survivors glow and they don't always realize that.

But exactly the same scenario: you run into shack, and you have the option of the window or the pallet. PH behind you drops his sword into the ground. Now, no matter what you do, you get hit. If you take the window, he hits you with range while animation locked. If you drop the pallet, same thing. If you just run thru the pallet, he just picks up his sword with 0 cooldown and m1s you. That's the frustrating thing. You're forced into a situation where, despite every resource you have, you have to take a hit.
So what you are saying is, this is like the survivor hiding in the closet with ds ready for when the killer grabs him. There is nothing to be done to counter it. Got it.

When the gens are done I always camp the last hook and survivors always complain about it and I will continue to camp the last hook. Anything else is stupid, bird in the hand and all that. OP is correct, DS, BT, adrenaline is nothing but a free escape with no consequences. In many games survivors will just walk right out due to these perks but it's part of the survivor friendly game this is.
-
A lot of posts that I see say that matches on average should be 2 kills and 2 escapes. If the killer wants to camp then just do gens and get out with 3 and consider it a win. Stop thinking you have to get 4 out every time.
I also keep reading that camping is a valid strategy per the devs. Ok then why do they penalize it if it's a valid strategy, either people can do it without penalty or not. How about penalizing body blocking? If someone is in front of the killer when he is carrying someone then they depip. Oh yeah, bullying the killer is a survivor strategy so it's ok. "but the killer has a perk to prevent that now!", sure and survivors have perks for camping, what is your point? You want to bully the killer with body blocking and flashlights then don't cry when the killer bullys you back. Counter his strategy and move on.
