Nice tier list, agreed 100%.
Also, are killers in the same tier in any particular order?
EDIT: I'd swap Demo and Myers, but that's it :)

Discordance is one of the best perks imho. Iron Maiden & Mad Grit are really only good with other perks.
The Legion is probably the worst killer in the game. The kneecapping they gave this killer was immense. A lot of the times, you're punished for using your power to apply your add-ons effectively.
Farming bps is really great on the Legion, it's on par with the Doctor.

Just remember the bad matches and improve on that. I remember when this Meg looped my dumb ass on Hag for legit 2 mins around a double truck pallet loop. Never thought to trap the loop/other side of the pallet, etc.
Tbh I think the game is pretty even right now, and the way they are reworking and making new killers: map control seems to be their biggest focus. That perk build seems pretty good at stalling gen progress, however try running an aura reading perk and I can guarantee you'll get more kills. Once I had Nurse's Calling on Hag, I saw my kills per match increase tremendously.

Thanks for the Share!! Appreciate the recommendation, may I ask you, what is the purpose of using Vigil exactly? I read the perk description and don't understand how it is useful in the build.
And wouldn't "Lightweight" be nice to use in that Fixated build of yours? With SB included, for getting away from killer?
I just like the reduced exhaustion. It's by 8s if I'm not mistaken. I call this build "Discount Deadhard."
Honestly, Vigil is just there so you can use SB more often. It can be replaced with LW. Sometimes, I like swapping Vigil for Hope because Hope works with Fixated.

My two favorite builds right now are:
Fixated, Sprint Burst, Vigil, Adrenaline
Inner Strength, Quick & Quiet, Head On, Adrenaline
Steve's perks are alright. The only one I'd probably take of his is Camaraderie; but that can be used with almost anything.

The Blob if it hasn't been mentioned.

it would be so amazing if they did that 😁
Rocking the Clown Theme 24/7. The nostalgia!

The only change for head on that is needed is a timer similar to We'll Make It, Adrenaline, etc. So I know when it's ready and how long I have. That's all that needs changing with that perk.

When they take self-care and waste their time healing instead of doing generators.

It's a huge gamble. There are survivors who know totem spawns, get a few of those players in your lobby and your Ruin is TOAST. Also, sometimes people spawn on it. PGTW is really good, I think better than Ruin, but it requires you to hook someone. PGTW allows you to start snowballing once you cracked a few gens.

Oh yeah. He's cool.
But where is the story originally from? Is sleepy hollow an actual place?
Yes sir! In the great area of UPSTATE (sorry, I have to capitalize) New York! It's near Horseheads I think...another charming town name. There's a lot of charming town names in NY. The guy who wrote the original Legend was Washington Irving iirc, perhaps he, like many other writers ripped it off some other folklore. But it would be cool to have a guy throw pumpkins at survivors...

The Headless Horseman from the Legend of Sleepy Hollow

The thing that is nice about the DBD wiki is that it gives info on perks that the perk description doesn't; i.e Spine Chill and vaulting.

Because they are newer players, so they are bad at hitting great skill checks
I suppose I was talking about higher ranked survivors. Newer ones, sure. ######### I remember Ruin and The Doctor together would be the end of it for me lol.

Its a bait post
I know but regardless there are survivors that do ######### about this perk and I just don't understand why.
-
Never understand why survivors ######### about a gimmick perk like ruin. If you can't hit greats, take a toolbox or Prove Thyself to get gens done faster. Recently, Pop Goes the Weasel has screwed my game over more than ruin ever has. They're not going to nerf/change gen repair speeds--that's probably we see it every game. Gens get done too fast.
-
The comments above are pretty much spot on. Honorable mention goes to the Huntress, but she's definitely the hardest killer to play to perfection---although good Huntress' are easily top tier.
Myers and Clown aren't top tier but have good 1v1 with Enduring & Spirit Fury
-
I think monthly double bp events would also reduce the farm mentality that goes along with Blood Hunt. Sure it's nice when everyone offers BPS, but game after game it can get boring. By having it more often, I think people later on will be less inclined to farm.
-
Not too bad, had a few 250k games with everyone running BPS. They should really do this more often (once or twice a month?) to relieve some of the grind.
-
I've been digging through patch notes to see if it mentions anything--haven't found anything yet.
