Legion might be performing fine, but like the Devs have said, stats aren't everything, else we'd be looking at a Nurse buff.
Legion needs a total redesign. He feels terribly punishing to play and he's boring/annoying to play against.

Most killers do have cooldowns but to have every killer have lengthy stuns for using their power AND not be able to use their power to down survivors would be so boring
hatchets now only apply deep wound to survivors
nurses blinks only apply deep would you need a basic m1 attack without using your power to down a survivor

Imagine blight having a 4 second stun each time he uses the rush + make it so he would not be able to down survivors with his power. Ta Dam. This is how Legion works 😂

Alternate between 2 or 3 games as a killer and then one as survivor would be my target.

Playing killer now just becomes more stressful and time wasting. You can't even defend the gens if you want to.

Power struggle wants to know your location. The most broken perk in the entire game. Yes more broken than Decisive.

Legion is right in the middle of the pack in terms of kill efficiency, even among the best players. There's no way I can construe Legion as "weakest" given the data I have.
Why are you so much afraid about touching the Legion? Just rework their power. They're absolutely unfun to play as and against with their 4 seconds stun cooldown and mend simulator.

It depends how the map generates. There's also another tile on the map that has the same problem. So in some circumstances it blocks both and in some it blocks just the killer.
That's disgusting. I hope they're gonna adress this and fix it until the holidays. Stuff like this shouldn't even exist in the first place...

It makes sense for these two perks, because they give you a negative status effect: Oblivious and Exposed. Undying doesn't give you any cons as the status effect.
