  • Can't wait for that!!

  • @Langweilig I agree, but it is pretty slow tho when you get pass the cap. I've never seen the point of the BP cap, but I do see what you mean with doing the tomes and quests etc. But as I said, it may take awhile. BHVR don't often post codes either. So yeah, I hope too that it'll get removed!

  • @krazy_ivan I agree!! And I think the gaining of BP should increase too. I feel like offerings aren't enough sometimes.

  • @MaTtRoSiTy Oh really? I never knew that. Thought the Killers were always the host. I just hope BHVR will sort something out with players having an INSANE amount of ping. It's getting absurd as games after games I've played, were mostly killers with 200+ ping. And that is pretty bad if the killer is mainly favoured, yet not surprising either.

  • What if BHVR can add penalties to players having 200+ ping? It gets annoying when you're against a killer who has 200+ ping, and they still land hits although they shouldn't have been registered. Just gives an unfair advantage tbh as Killers are mainly the hosts...

  • I even once ran an aura-reading build as Huntress and I kid you not, during loops they kept doubling back! I would run to one corner, they would run to the other, and the same would occur when I head back to the previous corner I was at! The only way I could break it, is let them drop the pallet or have the entity block a window. They just know everything tbh...

  • @Abbzy that is really annoying too!! It's just like they automatically know where everything is on the map. And don't forget that the bots can just run away at the slightest faint of Killer terror radius and how they dodge most ranged Killer's projectiles often. (Huntress, Deathslinger, Pyramid Head etc.). Yet, the one that also annoys me the most is that they know where every Hex totem is!

  • Survivor Bots have wallhacks regardless. They were programmed like that as apparently it would've been 'too easy' if they were oblivious 24/7 or could be mind-gamed often. The main issue, is that you can't practice with certain killers or use certain perks. Sucks tbh. 😕

I once practiced as Pyramid Head, and they kept knowing where I was aiming and deliberately kept dodging them. I had to get a survivor bot to stay at a pallet to do it.

  • Probably a lack of survivors maybe? There is a current 300% bonus BP for survivors on 2v8. Secondly, it could be that the killers are severely limited. So it's harder to find matches as DBD is trying to pair you up with someone that isn't the same killer as you, so it's always been like that sadly. 😕

(Btw, I'm seeing people saying it's because of Legion and Oni. So it could also be that too. Matches against the pair has always been hell sometimes... 🫠)

  • I can kind of see where you're coming from, but Oni is somewhat counterable tho. Not fully counterable, but you just need to hope the RNG is good and have a lot of obstacles. And it depends on the skill level of the player that's controlling Oni. Legion is annoying, sure. But Legion is a common killer for this mode, you'll get them regardless (which sucks. Legion = Free Injures and quick downs…). The killer queues are long as it's limited heavily or there isn't as much survivors. (When it's strangely quick for queuing as survivor...). Lastly, Killer (maybe Survivor) ping matters a lot. I've had instances where the Oni charged at me, hit something else close to me but still downed me. Yet, that player had high ping. Like 150-200+.

  • I agree. I've been playing since 2020 on Xbox, then 2022 on PC. And sadly, that's how DBD will remain. Solo queuing sucks and feels like torture, the community is often toxic over certain add-ons/perks someone used even though they're in the game for a reason and it just feels more of an E-Sport tournament. However, BHVR is currently working on a tunneling prevention. Pretty sure it's on their roadmap!
