If Otz cared more about money I think they would literally play any other game.
While DBD is popular in the horror game scene, you need to remember that it is only a smaller portion of gaming as a whole.
And if they cared about money, I dont think they would go through the trouble of making several hour long guides that only really help new players.
I think Otz just looks at things a lot more critically than most people do, considering how casual the playerbase is for DBD to begin with.
You're so delusional it hurts. Can't expect much else from an Otz fanboy though.

His snares are more than fine. The problem is that they're not strong enough to warrant being locked behind a mode and you basically are a vanilla M1 killer when chasing an awake survivor, which is not exactly very fun nor interesting. I still think he's okayish overall, he only has 2 good addons but that's enough, has antiloop, teleport and some stealth. People liked original Freddy more simply because he was less "stressful" to play.

Yeah, that's just the kind of playerbase DBD has, sadly. They already are stressed out when queuing as killer so whenever they see big number on lobby screen they straight up can't take it anymore and end up dodging.

Basic maths. There'll always be some people coping though by using zany criterias such as "I survived the match so I won" or "I had fun therefore I won". Oh and let's not forget the hilarious "I got more BPs therefore I'm the winner".

Thana has been a bad perk ever since the (unwarranted) nerf. I don't think anybody is going to deny that.

Abattoir is one of the fairest maps in the game. It is at the end of the priority list of maps in need of rework. Also, nothing ensures that Cowshed won't become even more survivor-sided just like with what happened with Gas Heaven and Mother Dwelling recently...

In what world is Rancid Abattoir "notorious"? It easily is the most fair Coldwind map, nobody ever complains about it. Imagine choosing to rework this map when it could have been Thompson or Rotten Fields instead.

95% of the time there's simply nothing you can do as solo queue against a 3-genning SM. This game's balancing still is a disaster after 7 years of existence, it's just how it is.

There's no straight up bad killer in this game (except Trapper and Pig on some maps). Plenty of bad players though.

Wouldn't call Knight chapter a dumpster fire. A bit lacking in some aspects but overall decent all things considered. Tools of Torment, on the other hand, really is one. I really hope the anniversary chapter isn't gonna be another obvious "license holders pulled out at last minute so we came up with something real quick from the assets".

They took 2 weeks to fix bugs but they have the habit to break the game even further. I'm surprised this game has a reputation maybe people really are attracted to bad games with a ton of bugs.

They're different killers. Myers is not a stealth killer (unless it's Mirror) while GF is. Myers overall is way stronger than GF.

This killer needs more than just an addon nerf. If Blight wasn't able to traverse the entire map in seconds then he wouldn't be as oppressive but i'm not sure how you could pull that off. You could leave the mechanics of his rush untouched but make him earn it the way Oni does. That way he can't just sprint across the map and get a down 20 seconds into every match.
They weren't comp players, lmao. They were P100 Ayrun viewers, nothing more nothing less.

We don't know and never will. Not everyone streams or participates to tournaments and the comp scene is simply too small.

its not really irrelevant. at base, ghostface is simply better than myers, and without tombstone/infT3, ghostface wins in the add on department too. Hell, infT3 and tombstone arent even that good if the survivors arent braindead
Yes, they are that good. PWYF and LP single-handedly give infT3/Tombstone a considerable edge over anything GF can do.

myers is very addon reliant while gf isnt, not as much as myers at least.
myers loses his stealth in t2/3, and cant get it back. he cant crouch or lean around corners like gf, and he only has limited stalk unlike gf. gf has none of the issues and all of the benefits
Being addon-reliant in a game where you can choose two addons of your choice whenever you want wherever you want is irrelevant + I'll take Exposed status on everyone, longer lunge distance and faster vault speed over stealth any day.
