Blight is a very popular pick in Dead by Daylight, mainly because of his strength and I also did a quick analysis to realize that many are just solely playing him because of his "strength" therefore you may see them quitting for others once this is patched/fixed.
Anyhow, it's a hot subject because "hug tech" is the only reason (seems like based on feedback) that makes Blight good, so do not expect any subject to end on it but go further. At the end of the day, debating is nice and should be welcomed as long as is civil, let the forum share their thoughts.
Blight's still very good without hug tech, personally I don't use it all too often (if at all) and I still win a decent amount of my games.

Hug tech WILL be removed, so no use arguing about this.
Some of his addons do need to be toned down, though. Just not speed addons. Speed is life.

Also, I have literally NEVER seen a nice Doc. Not on Youtube or Twitch, not while playing, and not by hearing about someone's game on Forums or in other places.

It still doesn't count toward tome challenges for me either, and the post game screen says I only get like 5k extra BP. But i am getting the bonus regardless.

I used to get SUPER stressed playing killer, but then I started caring less about gens. I changed the focus of the match from winning to just taking away something positive- be it 4 BBQ stacks, a measurable increase in skill, or just a fun and wholesome experience, and started to put the emphasis only on improving my skill as a player, and I think you’ll have a lot more fun that way too. Special emphasis on that part about focusing on my own skill because you said you didn't really care too much about whether you win or lose. I think that you're feeling anxious because you're not exactly sure what you need to do when you're loading in to the match, or what you're playing to work towards. It's good to have a long term goal that isn't something vague or has a million variables you can't control like "have fun".

Depends if you're running meta or not. If you are, then your lobbies aren't going to reflect your actual skill. If you're not, then it's just one of those days.
MMR has always been incredibly inconsistent for me tbh.

As far as I reconfirmed today, BBQ bonus is added to my total BPs correctly. However, on the score screen, BPs earned in the match doesn't include the BBQ bonus. (This issue affects challenges such as "Bloody Rewards", won't count the BBQ bonus.)

It was working fine for me before the bloodhunt started.
For example, today I played a match with 4 kills and 30k bloodpoints earned. I also brought a pudding, so I ended up with around 100k bloodpoints earned that match. But with BBQ, it SHOULD have been somewhere in the 120k-130k range. Maybe I'm just not understanding how bloodpoints are calculated? In any case, I will send a screenshot later.

You can nerf Alc ring, Vial, C33, C21, but don't mess with us speed addon addicts.
Even if they're a bit too powerful, I don't care. Speed is life.

I thought so too, however I noticed that when I did not bring a bp offering, I got the bloodhunt bonus and nothing more. Maybe this bug is only impacting certain regions? I honestly have no idea because people are so inconsistent about whether this is an actual thing or not. All I know is it's been affecting me.

Sealing portals is more than worth it in your situation, so like, do that.
Anyhow, slowdown perks kinda can carry killers to higher MMR than that where they belong, and make people think they’re more skilled than they actually are. Which leads to them getting crushed by very experienced survivors, which leads to frustration, which leads to hard camping, tunneling, and slugging. If you want to enjoy the game more, take off those slowdown perks!

Alright, I am quite literally the worst Doc in existence, so don’t take these tips lightly.
-don’t spam shock at loops. It’ll only slow you down.
-don’t use static blast to find people, use it to build up madness instead.

This is definitely one of the more toxic game communities I’ve seen. Doesn’t help that a lot of people here on the forums complain about everything under the sun, but I think it’s just because it is human nature to be competitive- and Dbd is one of the worst games for that.

Also, you say that most PC players are cheaters. So if crossplay got turned off, wouldn’t PC matches be infested with cheaters? Dbd getting better anti-cheat would be a simpler and better way to go.
