    Very good explanation.

plus PGTW is not that niche, is it? At least I see it pretty often.. think Freddy with BBQ and PGTW..

PGTW is certainly common in red ranks and while you can block a killer from popping your almost done gen, PGTW does last longer than the blocked generator.

  • Blocked gens don't regression and by using Repressed Alliance to block a gen Ruin will not regress that gen. This can allow you to leave the gen and go save someone or prevent losing a lot of progress on a gen when the killer comes by. Considering another new survivor perk is Soul Guard which wants you to keep the hex totem alive, I would say this perk is designed to help against ruin.

  • I think the problem is that some people think that new content is delaying bug fixes when the reality is more likely that the devs have multiple teams of people that focus on different things. One team is out fixing bugs while another team works on new content for the next chapter.

  • Shelter Woods needs to be changed. There's not much to the map besides a few pallets placed around the map and it's very possible for rng to only spawn LT walls.

It's just a boring map to play as survivor or killer.

Do you know why spammers STILL send out those, "Hello, I am the Crown Prince of Zimbabwe, and I want to share $10,000,000 with you." emails?

They're totally stupid, right? Well, you still get those emails because someone is still paying them off.

    Why is this relevant?

Camping is usually self-defeating. A killer won't win the game standing in one place all game. But you know why they keep doing it? Because someone is still paying them off.

If no one ever paid that Bubba sitting in the basement, he'd stop bothering after a while. Stop sprinting face-first into chainsaws and handing 4k's to someone who never even moves, and maybe you'll find they don't do it quite as much.

I had teammates last night get upset I left instead of attempting to save them against an insidious camping Leatherface in the basement.

  • The only time I ever notice them is when I see an Object of Obsession user in my game.

  • Freddy does have the blindness add-ons so if you bring one you can blind the OoO with a snare and have them lose their advantage. On smaller loops like the one in the picture you should be able to use your snares to catch them. Unfortunately on bigger loops there's not much you can really do and you should just give up chase.

  • While a mori can slow down gens by removing a survivor from the game quickly, it's not needed at all.

If gens are being done too quickly then you are wasting too much time not pressuring the areas you need to. Best thing to learn is that not all gens are worth protecting. Focus on a close group of gens and let gens farther away get done so survivors have to come closer to you.
