I don't know if Oni is actually well-suited for 2v8 at all. Many people would like to see Legion back in that game mode instead of Oni. I’d also love to see Legion and Ghostface in a match together :)

Thats because it's mainly a hit and run mode, the gens are a huge give away as are lanterns, if someone uses a lantern that's your tracking you can see it through walls coz of the SSR (screen space reflections).
the mode snowballs quick for killer and for survivor, I see it's only "Bad" for people trying to play normal DBD in the mode. Nobody is interested in the horror experience of the jumpscares while playing casually etc, coz they are numb to dbd as they play it WAYYYY too often, it's not catered to them, more people need to realise this.
People have been enjoying this iteration, I don't think every mode should be catered to the core DBD players who hate changes. My friends and I had a blast, and I really enjoyed playing killer too last week.I totally agree. For me Lights Out was really fun as a Killer and helped me a lot with my achievements

Since this was my first Lights Out event, I can't compare it to the previous one; personally, I have more fun playing as the Killer in Lights Out than as a Survivor. I really like the darkness, as I’m sensitive to light, and the atmosphere appeals to me a lot, too. As a Survivor, I had the bad luck of facing a "gamma-maxed" Killer in every other match, someone who wiped us all out in three minutes. Playing as Ghostface, the Lights Out mode helped me master the Steam achievement for downing 50 marked Survivors, and I unlocked three more achievements when I switched to playing as the Hag. There are always things that aren't implemented quite right or could use some improvement or changes. Someone like me, who had bad luck and didn't have much fun playing as a Survivor in Lights Out, found this mode perfect for playing as a Killer. Of course, I’d recommend the reverse, too: if playing as a Killer is frustrating you, give it a try as a Survivor :)

This is an interesting idea. Obviously it would only be useful with Bloodwarden, but at least it would be somewhat useful somewhere. Personally though, I prefer an idea I saw somewhere else that was something like "upon reaching 90% progress, the exit gate wiring will explode and regress the progress back down to 50%." I think this could be a bit of decent slowdown, creating moments where a survivor might stick a gate thinking they can make it before you get there, only for it to explode in their face. In addition, it's still one time use so it can't be abused by Singularity players like it was in the PTB
Thats an interesting idea too

I'd love more cosmetics for Springtrap! Out of these, I'd especially like to see his original yellow springlock suit.
This is not as easy to create, but considering it's probably the only FNAF killer we'll ever get, I'd really love to see a FNAF 1 Freddy cosmetic. It would be absolutely hilarious to make Springtrap's axe into Freddy's mic, and you just chuck it at survivors lmao. It would also technically make the doors more accurate, as Freddy used the doors in FNAF 1, but Springtrap only ever crawled through vents (still kind of wish they had vents spawn around the map instead of doors, I feel like it would be so much creepier).
I would like to see Springtrap crawl through vents in dbd xD

I completely agree, this has happened to me many times as well. Not only did some matches drag on for over 30 minutes, but there were also games where Jason simply refused to leave his Fog mode. The other survivors were too scared to move, and we ended up with crows circling over our heads. In the end, we were forced to hop on a generator just to make Jason finally show up. I even experienced a game where we were held hostage because of this.It is not just boring and annoying, but incredibly frustrating in the long run and a complete waste of time. I actually think Jason is a great killer and his ability is really cool in theory. However, it desperately needs a time window. The fact that it works permanently without any cooldown or pause is way too OP. The ability should automatically deactivate after 3 minutes of continuous use.

You hit the nail on the head, thanks for pointing that out
