One time, a buddy and I were in queue for a lobby late at night. We were chatting lightly, waiting to get into a game. The conversation started to fizzle out. There's a pause for several long moments. A new sound breaks the silence. It wasn't the sound of a joining a game, no. It was the sound of my friend snoring as he literally fell asleep waiting for a game.
Amusing anecdote aside, I'm sorry you had that experience as a killer and a supremely long wait time as a survivor. I don't know how long the DBD has been out on the Switch, but there may just genuinely be a poverty of players on that console causing increased wait times. I'm not aware of any timelines to enable cross-platform play, but that herculean undertaking might actually alleviate some of the lobby lull.

@Elk, @Fibijean : Thank you both for sharing! Bunny Feng 6 is incredible. Whatever the technical reasons may be that are keeping this outfit out of the game, I am more than happy to personally find a way to resolve the issues!

I don't know fellers, I've been playing for nearly a year and a half now and nothing gets my heart pumping like those near misses when you vault a window just as the killer's weapon clangs the window or trying to be sneaky, hiding 5 feet away from the gen you just dipped while the killer is scoping out the area.
Though, I totally get how after a couple months of playing, people could transition to playing the game more for the arcade experience and with the desire of winning or getting a lot of blood points. Ultimately, the game is what you make of it and whether you get immersed or not really depends on the type of person you are.

Not only do I get this beautiful outpouring of love for Feng, but I get news that the best outfit on the market drops in the next 24 hours?! I've never opened the rift before but I hear it takes a while to get to lvl 70...but honestly, it's all worth it for this COOL NEW Feng outfit. Truly blessed days are here. Thank ALL of you.

Honestly, I had a similar spooked reaction after doing my first few generators. It's not a loud pop like OG generators, but there's certainly something spoopy about that fizzle.
