I can't play this game.
AA shall be gone.
-
#########, same
That damn AA I had turned off since DBD's existence is now rotting my eyes
*And why is there no official option to turn it off, #########?*

After seeing some cool mods like new character cosmetics, old animations etc, I'm thinking it would be really cool if BHVR officially supported the ones that don't give you any sort of advantage in game. And it would be nice to be able to easily download them through the steam workshop.
I haven't installed any mods myself and I've heard BHVR are looking at stopping people from using them, although I don't know too much about that. But they just look like they could really add much more enjoyment to the game, and would be really cool if BHVR made more of a thing of it.
What do you think?
Why only cosmetics😏
If you can get moderators to approve every submitted mod (some people can submit without approval, much like on these forums you get "Trusted" role), you could do custom TR and Chase music, or something as harmless as switching out random words from Power descriptions, etc...

Recently there has been a lot of talk surrounding the use of mods, more particularly the use of sweaty players installing mods that give them an unfair edge. (We've all seen the pink beartrap post by now.) DBD modding has a lot to offer, and i personally have added my own chase music to some of the killers since i enjoy them more than what the base game offers. But with all the talk and BHVR's alleged plans to patch out modding permanently from the live build, this may be the last patch modding is alive and well in the live patch of the game. It saddens me to see that the potentially groundbreaking prospects of the modding scene have been forever ruined by the groups of cheating sweats who ruined it for all of us. What are ya'lls thoughts on this? It breaks my heart to know its likely gonna happen, but at the same time deep down i know its necessary. This behavior was mostly unavoidable.
I know how it feels.
I myself am mourning the death of my ultimate and only child, The Cursed Pianist (Trickster mod)
Nothing, but a chase music and switching random words from Power and Addons descriptions...
Modding was DBD's greatest event, and now it's just gone. Not gonna lie, i would like to see BHVR add Steam Workshop or in-game community shop for stuff like this.
But of course the white knight are gonna crowd us out.

I was intrigued when I saw the title. Slinger is the only Killer EVER to not have any bugs at all since release. I thought today would be the day I was proven wrong. I am disappointed 😔
It's not a bug

lol yes
This is actually an ingenius idea

The math in this game works in a really weird.
Self-Care in 16 Seconds is only possible if you get all 4 Survivors injured while using this build.

But... You also just get The Aura read from BBQ without having to work for it. You just do your regular hooking, just like survivors have to do the regular of healing survivors that are down.
You need to work twice or thrice as hard to get a single hook. Game rewards you for outplaying a survivor.
With WGLF, game rewards you for doing... well, nothing. You can heal under a killer's nose.
So, your argument is invalid.

Then why do you want the revive speed to be Token based instead of a flat 100%
Because you just get that boost. You don't need to work for it, you just have it.
Which is stupid.

BBQ doesn't increase the duration of the Aura read per token. Everything except for the Bloodpoint bonus is a flat value.
Bruh.
I know.
You probably read my post wrong

Disagree,
It's in a great state now and doesn't need any nerfs.
Imagine if BBQ would get a similiar change.
Also, there are a lot stronger perks in this game than WGLF
But BBQ literally works like that
You get 25% more BP per token
ANd WGLF does too
But not for healing bonus, which is annoying and illogical.

Almost played with CowsIAm
WHy almost?
Well, mainly cuz he got me into 2-killer Lobby and it didn't work, cuz they fixed the bug unfortunately.

Why would you make Cruel Limits map wide when you can't patrol the entire map at once
Cause it would do AT LEAST something then.
Maybe, in chase, idk.
Rn it's useless.

I’m confused as to what the purpose of doing this is. Are you trying to make Deep Wounds more lethal or something else? Because, I don’t get it. I think they’re fine the way they are and numerous people agree.
Yes, i am trying to make them more lethal/interesting.
Too boring and unthreathening as they are now.

Actually there are. On release, it was linked to chases. So, people moonwalked and downed people that way because they couldn’t mend.
Next, it was tied to the terror radius, which worked well for a while but made it far less threatening. However, stealth Killers were able to exploit a similar flaw as it was previously.
Now, it’s linked to running. I recall the devs saying that if the Survivors are running, they aren’t doing gens, which is a fair enough trade-off.
You’ll probably find videos of the exploits on YouTube somewhere. I think Monto made one with Nemesis and Legion now that I’m thinking about it.
You can avoid stunning the killer then or just link it to proximity, not TR.

Deep wound has to be linked to running, not chases. We don't need or want to go back to the moonwalking exploit(which is the reason deep wound was changed in the first place). Deep Wound isn't meant to down survivor, it is meant to slow them down by having to mend. Especially with a killer like Legion who can inflict Deep Wound multiple times in a short period of time, having Deep Wound hard to get rid of would be completely unbalanced.
It's linked to chases and terror radius, so there can't be any exploits smh

I mean, im a LF main, and i think its a bit too strong..
Okay, maybe lower the cap to 25 or 20 Seconds then.

I would join, but I can't contact you. You made a mistake in your Discord name/code.

I messaged one of the devs recently about this. If you reported him in the end game chat, send the video in a ticket. Otherwise they can't do anything. I hope they fix the Steam bug soon. :/
Uh oh. I reported the wrong person, whoops. Feels bad

You forgot one thing.
PH is 115%, while Deathslinger is 110%.
And this is where it ends.

Doctor.
Make those lights shine!

I agree. I have a high-end PC, and still, i get huge framdrops on Lery's. Especially if it's Freddy or Doctor.
EDIT: Everything were okay before 3.7.0

Either you are adding setting to turn it off, @Peanits, or you have lost a customer.
A LOT OF CUSTOMERS.
(And no, i won't play Civilization V.)

Will there be a gen speed overhaul or / and map size changes?
