There are no weak killers. Maybe few like Trapper or Leatherface I guess you can define as "weak"

Not only does it make zero business sense for them to have this opinion, since survivor players should make about 80% of their customers, but they've added a bunch of things over time to help make survivor feel better to play.
Basekit BT was added with 10% Haste thrown in, and shortly afterwards buffed to 10 seconds. This made it so you werent basically forced to always run BT and so actually had another perk slot you could use for something else. Also removed the awful feeling of being insta-downed the moment you were unhooked if the survivor wasn't running it.
They added the Survivor HUD which, while far from perfect, added a LOT of basekit information for solo queue survivors especially. Now you can tell whenever anyone is in chase, whenever someone is doing a totem (which if NoED or Devour is in play can be big), and you can know if someone is on gens and thus NOT going for unhook. You even get to know progress of gens that people are on, so know exactly when one will pop. They could still add more info to it but compared to before it's HUGE.
The Anti-Facecamp Mechanic. While it doesn't address proxy camping and tunneling like some people somehow thought it would, it DOES combat full-on facecamping. Facecamping wasn't overly common, but when it did happen it could make the game just feel boring and miserable for everyone involved, and now the killer basically can't do it before endgame. There are ways to play around it, but all of these methods give survivors more opportunity to make a save than before.
Numerous balance changes like essentially removing exposed perks for Nurse, finally nerfing Blight's addons, severely nerfing gen kick perks so not every killer was just kicking gens all game, and various other nerfs to killer perks and addons.
How you can look at all of these things and say that BHVR doesn't care at all about survivors, it just doesn't make sense. Many of these things are getting old now but some are incredibly recent, so it's clear they are STILL doing things to help survivors, especially solo survivors.

Well, no doubt about that. Killers got huge buffs, survivors got nothing. Soloq will be worse. BHVR probably should stop with "fixing things" and "positive "anti-something" changes" for survivor side if it's constantly packed with huge killers buffs as "compensation". It's just comical at this point

these are the same people who think having prestige 100 rewards is fomo but not battle passes that do not come back and time limited stuff which are text book fomo
If we went with the devs logic quit penalty's shouldn't be a thing as quitting at the start of the match and leaving the game as a 3v1 at 5 gens is perfectly fine and there was no reason to add the bots(ie the mechanic that hook suiciding prevents)
Whenever I see it happen when I play killer I just leave that person slugged and have them suffer until they leave or bleedout and I let the rest go

That being said, when you get teammates that don't do gens and then do things like this, it's extremely demoralizing. You have a Killer that excels at camping and I'm put into an instant-loss scenario through zero fault of my own.
That is exactly why a lot of people are burnt out of DBD. Lack of meaningful agency and feeling like their own skill doesn't matter, be that on Killer or Survivor.

There is no reason to commit too much to that kind of match. You just mess around trying to squeeze a little bit fun out of this sad unbalanced state of dbd and move on to the next match or in your life.
And i absolutely see why people are burnt out of dbd - camping, tunneling, boosted killers, unfun killers.
Bhvr refuses to fix core issues with the game and just constantly nerfs survivors and powercreeps killer side.

Survivors have nothing to do except gens. Survivors are way too overnerfed and every possible alternative playstyle/activity was removed as well.

A lot of boosted killer players who have been hard carried and fed with goofy baby solos are acknowledging their actual place in dbd food chain now. That transformation is definitely painful but necessary

Solution is quite simple. Survivor off hook gets +5% haste effect for next 60s or until gen is touched by the survivor or other survivor is hooked. It will encourage killers go for different survivors instead of just waiting out and go for easy prey off hook.

No it encourages tunneling and efficient plays. If killer wants it they should memorize it. That's a part of effort and commitment and shouldn't be given for free

I mean i used only 3 pallets and looped killer for 3-gens.
I think i got enough value from the loops i used. Early game is the best time for putting pressure on killer by survivorside and i used this.
The particular case of doing the wrong thing and avoiding bad consequences doesn't debunk the whole concept that doing that wrong thing generally lead to bad consequences

I wasn’t playing terribly, there’s just only so much you can do when survivors have safe pallet next to safe pallet, next to Jungle gym, next to Shack.
It’d be one thing if maps had 10-12 pallets or so. As killer you’re still kicking pallets but at least there’s a light at the end of the tunnel. And for survivors, it’d force them play smarter and really think and prioritize when and where they wanna drop a pallet.
A competent survivor can run a killer around a decent pallet/loop for god knows how long before he either gives up and break chase, or gives up and eats the stun. Only a handful of killer truly have options for pallets but I ask; “why do I need to stop playing a character I actually like and resonate with just to win?”
forget perk and killer reworks, just go through the maps and legitimately shave down the number of excess and unnecessary pallet placements. This would be a legitimately good fix for BOTH sides. More killers playing and playing killers other then 5 meta and survivors get forced to loop better and more efficiently.

Improve survivor experience and it won't be a issue at all. Encourage survivor to not hooksuicide. Current dbd favors killers too much at expense of soloq experience

Basically old/early mori is back. It's like camping crutch and countless amount of "free out of jail cards" killers have to gain unfair advantage aren't enough. Let's add mori on top of it.

They don't want you to do gens and win games by punishing with lack of BP for doing so. They want you to be silly and meme around giving killer free win. No survivors, no Nick Cage buffs as well, only Killer buffs. Classic BHVR

BHVR is afraid of killers' backlash and to disappoint popular content creators. It's just more safe to keep the game killer-sided instead of trying to shift into more healthy, balanced and perspective state of the game. As you can see survivors don't really complain that much so it's another factor to just keep things as they are

They nerfed it somehow. It was already very weak but sometimes when you teammates traded bunch of bodyblocks you could wiggle off so it was fair trade, But now it's completely irrelevant non-interactive mechanics. With such design and approach form BHVR there should be automatic wiggle option in settings because now doing that manually feels pointless

There are no weak killers. Killrate of any killer is solid. The game is still massively kiler-sided and is balanced a lot around m1 activity. Bloodlust, a lot of dead zones, lack of good or fair pallets make game still feels good, absolutely viable and a lot of times even easy as m1 killer. Basically all this mobility, anti-loop etc are just extra and over-on-top mechanics to make killer easy and overpoweringly fun. A lot of killer crutches - camping, tunneling, 3genning aren't fixed yet. You can succeed with any killer. "Weak killer" became just a meaningless buzzword. Important to note that you have option to not play "weak" killers

Penalties shouldn't be more than 10-15 min max. All this 1 hour and more is just toxic flex and nonsensical feature that were enforced by entitled killer mains' "feedback" bc they can't sleep well if someone leaves their keep hostages practice unpunished

Old Billy was broken like Nurse/Blight nowadays. Consistent 4 slugs at 4 gens left isn't something you can call balanced. Nerf was absolutely justified and stop creating those delusional nostalgia driven but completely misleading topics

I'm simple man and my mindset is "Move on" when my team doesn't meet certain standards or even worse is fully incompetent. That makes dbd tolerable and sometimes even fun

DC penalties should be disabled. Players shouldn't be punished for bad unstable servers that can't handle influx of players during event. I already ranked up my penalty to 30 min.

Discordance is useless pick on non-mobile, non-stealth killers. If you chose Corrupt instead it probably would've been ggez 4k

How are Enduring, Bamboozle, Franklins, Lightborn, Tinkerer hard earned? You literally gain extra strong effect just by equipping perk and that's it. Also Im not buying "You’re rewarded for doing your objective" argument bc it means killer just plays normally without additional requirements or additional actions to activate perks. With Pop or not you have to hook survivors anyways but with Pop you gain additional strong effect.
Let's mention Bloodlust that is free haste effect. Free haste effect is bad, right? Maybe Legion should earn somehow their FREE and also INSANE haste effect not just by "press button to outplay".

No, it's absolutely not needed feature. It promotes either tunneling/mega efficient plays or farming. Both are bad and shouldn't be incentivized

High mmr killers lobby shop too much. It messes up matchmaking really bad and distributes high mmr survivors down the ladder to weaker casual killers completely ruining their experience. BHVR should just remove lobby shopping either by locking everyone in lobby and penalizing for dodging or by hiding survivors, items, prestiges, profiles from killers
