So if killers got a message warning them about using the mending exploit why are survivors not getting the same warning?
4 wallets are more appealing than just 1.

It's a extremely unfunny joke and it's getting worse. The game, the devs and the mods here are extremely survivor sided.
Proof 1:
Do you remember the legion mending bug? Killers who used it by mistake or abused it got banned. For a bug which the devs in planted in the game by a mistake.
Now there is a another explo- Oh sorry I mean bug that didn't even count as a bug. Breakout now don't destroy for 3 minutes. It destroys the hooks completely. But of course this is not a exploit (even so it's out for weeks and on YouTube there only about 30-40 Videos).
Proof 2
Did you notice that killers get buffs only on weird times? Killers get only buffs when the survivor queue is too long because many people don't like to get bullied.
I just saw this. It's ridiculous how no one else is even adressing it. If the developers won't simply fix the breakout exploit, I'll just have to let people bleed out more often. And when I get bored of it, I'll just play another game. Survivor queue at night is already amazingly fast, isn't it?

I just wanna say I've been playing Spirit and Nurse a lot for an upcoming local tournament. I 100% guarantee that Spirit is a better Killer than Nurse is because Spirit is much easier to use and doesn't get cucked by the Game itself.
Playing Nurse is one of the most frustrating things I had experience as some Blinks will always feel short because some obstacle cant be Blinks across, Nurse is a buggy mess in some maps like in Midwich where you can't look up thus not performing a max distance blink because she will Blink Upstairs! Sometimes in shacks you'll randomly teleport down the basement without intending! Nurse is really unfun if you're going against survivor who knows how to juke like can you feel how frustrating it is to miss a Hit by Pixels? Then she gets fatigue and you feel like its unfair.
Spirit on the other hand is super fun Killer to play as, you just listen and make the correct mindgame. If the Survivor escapes you then it was super well played on their part. At least its not the game itself that cucks her from the hit. and the add ons, with Spirit Add Ons you can really 4K a good squad of Survivors while Nurse Best add ons just make her a shadow of her former self(cd add ons).
Any other opinions on our two femme fetal? Forgot to mention when I play as Nurse, It's already stressing enough to play as Killer then coupled that the frustration, Hate to play as her even if I play well as her. While playing Spirit on the other hand, I really feel like a chad and the power role. You just really had to guess on what the survivor is doing with all your information provided by the game.
TL;DR: Nurse feels unfair to play as while Spirit is a chad.
I disagree. I do like them both, but Nurse is better. And more fun as well.

So whether its playing survivor or killer keys are seeming to be found far more often now. I also check for perks or if they was brought in but nope, if found multiple and have had multiple found when playing killer... like why? Btw sabo toolboxes also seem to be very common and they're purple rarity
It's been happening in most of the matches now to the point that 3-gen is now useless. They escape regardless because of this bug. It rewards survivors (specially swf) for playing badly. I killed half of their team as Trickster (which was a struggle, because it's Trickster), they got 3-gen, weren't doing any gens, and Nea was hiding healing herself just to get in chase with me towards the hatch, where her friend, who was 100% on discord with her, was waiting for her with a key they found.
I understand that it's possible to find keys in chests. But not in every match. It got to a point that you have to tunnel to win. Now I always go to a match expecting at least one key and it's annoying.

They are two distinct sides that need different balance philosophies
I agree. But if you're gonna make the stronger side a bit stronger, you have to compensate somehow.

This patch literally just had a huge survivor nerf, and two killer buffs.
Does that mean they need to compensate by having a huge killer nerf and two survivor buffs then...
Nope. Because killer is already weaker.

Thats not how balancing works.
@Topic:
I dont get why Killers want the red stain to be removed. They can mindgame with it. Like, they want to keep things like J-Flicks, because they "add depths to Killers", but hiding the Red Stain is not "depth" at all apparently.
Obviously Bloodlust should go, it is an outdated mechanic. As Killer, I would like the Red Stain to stay, since it is a tool for mindgames. As Survivor, I dont mind if it is there or not.
It's one less advantage to a side that is already weaker than the other. So if it happens, something from the other side also needs to go. Not necessarily red stain. It could simply be less safe pallets and loops with a HUGE f-ing wall in the middle that survivors can abuse (Haddonfield).
-
@Phasmamain said:
If you know how to moonwalk effectively the red stain can be a huge help to you
Guess you don’t know how to then?
Sure. But in order to take an advantage from the killer, they have to take one from survivors as well. It's only fair.

@Lord_Tony said:
Survivors want bloodlust removed because it's a "crutch" for killers.
K.
Remove the red stain then because it's a crutch for survivors.
Fair enough

Maps are an interesting topic, some are killer-sided, and some are survivor-sided. This isn't a map per say but it IS a realm that has not had a rework.

So... opinions on the realm? Or just any opinion on any of the maps.

The All Kill chapter dropped couple days ago, and the community says Trickster is by far the worse killer in the game. Quite frankly he's very bad, and his power is just very wacky honestly. So I think we have our official worst killer in the game, and no Clown was never the worst to me.. Back to the topic these last two chapters have been major disappointments, and I imagine a lot of people are very skeptical of what they think is gonna happen with the fifth anniversary coming around the corner. I can only imagine that this next chapter is gonna be a make or break for the community, especially since it's more than likely gonna be licensed. I mean with how things have been since the Halloween event last year, I'd be very conspicuous if the game plans on getting better. If the next chapter disappoints I can only imagine the implosion that will be served here on the forums, will be interesting to see.
I'm not really thinking about it for now. I just want them to fix Trickster and make him viable to play before adding another killer that they'll somehow manage to screw up as well.

Survivor main here. Some people may agree with me and others may not and I understand that. We all have different opinions. But I got into an argument with someone else on social media and I'm here for confirmation.
Does anyone else hate going against camping, but find a legitimate, used strategy? This person doesn't seem to understand the point I am trying to make. Yes, I hate getting camped and tunneled. Yes, I find it a cheap strat. But do I find it as nothing more than pure bm and something that shouldn't be used? ...Not necessarily. Part of me likes the challenge I suppose.
The reason I don't is that even though I don't main killer, I know that usually the killer normally has a good reason for it. I've noticed very few players have camping and tunneling as their default playstyle to win. I've also found out the hard way that not many killers like head on too much.
Maybe you unhooked someone with bt. Maybe you used head on. Maybe you used DS, or got a flashlight save, or a pallet stun that made them drop someone. I had one particular game against a hag where she downed my buddy and I got the pallet stun, and she dropped them.
She tunneled and camped me for the rest of the game. And I died. Did I enjoy it? Of course not. But she had a reason she wanted to do that, even if it wasn't a very good reason. I could not escape from it, because I got the pallet stun at 5 gens left. Had I done it later, I could have made it out, but sadly that did not happen.
Anyway, in this argument, I am comparing camping and tunneling, which this person considers toxic and something that shouldn't be used, to perks like DS and head on, which can be used but are normally used in a toxic way, and shouldn't be used in such a way. I know there is only one reason for camping and tunneling, and that is that the killer wants to secure the kill; but I compare it with DS and head on because I feel like those are the only things for survivors that could be useful and bm and the same time, depending on how they're used. Teabagging and flashlight-clicking are not useful in any way other than to get the killer's attention. They will not help you escape (or win in this case).
During the argument, I clarified for this person: if you get unhooked and the killer only wants you, so you hop in a locker before you get downed so you can use your DS (because if you get downed and the killer is smart, they will leave you down and wait the timer) and hopefully get away, that is fine, and it's an example as to how the perk was meant to be used.
On the other hand, if you get unhooked and you practically force the killer to down you and/or pick you up again by teabagging, running at them, spamming fast vaults, waving at them, etc. and pretty much harassing them all so you can use DS or head on, THEN it's toxic. You see what I'm saying, right?
I get that camping and tunneling are "toxic" and rude, but they're still legitimate strategies that any killer who has perfected them can get a 4k. THAT is the point I am trying to make. Not that they SHOULD be used, or that they are strats that are fun to play against; simply that they CAN be used, and that they more than likely WILL. And that all you can do as the survivor is play to counter them the best you can. You cannot stop the killer from tunneling or camping you if they are determined to do so. The only way to do that is to DC, and DC'ing is the game-wide version of pussying out.
Because I explained this, this person is now upset because I'm "exactly what's wrong with DBD by condoning terrible behavior". I recognize that I condone it, and I don't feel bad about it because that IS DBD. That's nearly the whole playerbase. My logic is this: if you can't take the toxic, even though you KNOW that most of the playerbase is the same way, why are you still playing? If you can't get around it, it's your problem because not many other people are really going to care about how you feel while playing. Sorry, but that's the way the cookie crumbles, my friend.
Sorry for the rant, but I'm appalled this person really thinks that whining and throwing a tantrum over it is going to change anybody's mind. This is Dead by Daylight, not Dead by Love and Friendship. Grow up.
TL;DR: Person mad bc strats are "toxic". People will play however they want and there is nothing you can do about it but try your best to counter it.
I'm against camping and tunneling a survivor for simply playing the game, tho. But I understand that sometimes it can piss the killer off because they might have been dealing with some toxic survivors the match before that one, and maybe overreacted over a pallet save. Camping and tunneling is very strong if used correctly. People should do it when it's beneficial. But what I see mostly is people camping out of anger. Which is okay, because anyone can play however they want, but I don't think it's the smartest choice unless survivors are being over altruistic.
I honestly don't get mad at the killer when I'm being camped. Specially if it's a baby killer. Because I've been there at the start. I do get mad at my teammates wasting time instead of doing gens. That's annoying. It really feels like I'm buying them time for nothing.

I love Trickster, but you're right. He's garbage. Easily the worst killer in the game.

do you think it is fair for survivors to play with green or yellow rank on their team because they loose 3 or 4 rank after being camp and tunneled more than 10 game in a row ?
You're just putting responsability of what happens to you on someone else. You want someone else who has nothing to do with you to think about the consequences of you losing rank.

Again. It doesn't matter. The killer doesn't have to play with that in mind. They are there to play the game in whatever way they feel like, just like you.

The issue is not so much the killer forcibly taking a survivor out of the game, it’s the fact that all 4 survivors get their ranks and pips screwed over because the killer doesn’t want to interact with any of the except the guy he is camping/tunneling. Camping and tunneling would probably not be cared about nearly as much if the ranking/pip system was reworked but the devs don’t want to see to do that either.
It doesn't matter. If survivors won't pip, it's not the killer's problem. You're putting too much responsability of your gameplay on someone else. And the worst part is that this someone is actually your adversary. Do you realize that? It's not their job to make your life better. Don't be entitled. Do you stop and think about if the killer is gonna pip? I'm sure you don't. .Because that's not your role. It's not your problem if the killer pips or not. The same goes to the killer. Not. Their. Problem.

camping and tunneling when all gens are done is fine it when there 4 or 5 gens still left and the killer camp and tunnels that what people hate.
That's a lie. Survivors complain about it regardless of when it happens. And even if it happens, it's not the killer's responsability not to camp just because someone is not going to enjoy it. If the killer camps, you play around it. Like any other thing. You can't just simply expect people to do what you want. I want survivors to stop body blocking when I want to hit an injured person. What do I do? Just complain so that they'll stop? Of course not. I play around it. And so should you. The difference is that most survivors are entitled and think the killer should play how they want them to play.
-
I really don't agree with that. A fifth perk is not the solution.
But I do think swf should be signalized to the killer somehow. Because it's one more advantage to a role that is already stronger than the other. It would give more awareness to killer and more power to choose if they want to dodge or not. Specially because klillers are not allowed to switch killers anymore (which doesn't really make sense).
And killers who don't mind going against swf would still do so, while those who do mind would simply move on to another lobby.

-
Oh, sure.
And something also needs to be done about T-bagging, body blocking, abusing loops, survivors waiting at the exit gate just so the killer can watch them leave...
See how entitled this sounds? This is what you're doing now.
Camping and tunneling are strategies. Not every killer (player) will use it right, and not every killer (character) has enough map pressure to be on gens all the time.
Do you even play killer? Like, when a survivor is on death hook, injured and the easiest target, why would the killer go for anyone else? When all the gens are done and there is one survivor on the hook, why would you go to the exit gates if you know there will be someone coming to rescue them while the gates are already 99%? This makes no sense. You're just putting the responsibility of your fun on other player who's also trying to have fun. This is entitlement. And it's ridiculous. Let them play how they want, because I am 100% sure that you're playing how you want and you're just mad because things aren't going your way.

I don't want to know where you want to go to point me, but i don't are the "typical" person ooh he is too ez i need to t-bagging him because he is just so noob ooh wow, No i am not one of these person maybe you are one of these person, all is possible.
Maybe I am... Or maybe YOU ARE!
-
For real. Like, I love him. He's one of my favorite killers. But he's so frustrating to play as. He's too weak. He's weaker than Trapper or Clown before the rework. His movement speed is painful, the fact that he cannot choose when to use his power is bs. He's too easily counterable. You cannot expect to have more than 2 kills a game. And survivors often gang up to bully you, because this killer is not threatening enough. You basically have to run strong add-ons all the time or play against people who don't know how to counter him.
But I do like him. I wish they would just make him better.
-
Let me guess, you tried t-bagging the killer at the exit gate, realized you couldn't leave after having your fun, got killed and now you're butthurt.
-
Most fun to play as
Most fun to play against
-
Just because you can't use D-strike to take aggro anymore, doesn't mean it's not good. It's an anti-tunneling perk, not a "let's do a thousand things and not be afraid of the consequences because the killer can't pick us up or grab us or we hit space bar on them HA HA". You're just being entitled, dude. The perk is fine. You just want some more advantage.
