I think I've seen it 3 times in ~1500 hours.

Well, they actually stay in your inventory and you can use them next year, so it's not as offensive as, say, the New Moon Bouquets I've had in my inventory for like 6 years that I can never use.
They shouldn't just automatically convert, in case you wanna save some for next year, you should be able to convert as many as you want into something else or just sell them back or something like that.
Even with that. I had 0 on Mikaela before the event started, now I have ~220. So I don't think having extra at the start of next years event is something of value to me.
Just would be nice a bonus to have some extra fireworks as they are a fun item to bring, even if they are the weakest option for the item slot.

I like pairing Lightweight and Self aware. You can see your scratch marks are barely visible and check the killers line of sight to see if they would be visible to them. The increased walking speed is also really good for hiding.
-
Yeah, its annoying, but if it is any consolation, even at iri2, you'll get 900k BP from survivor. Is the headache worth something you'll get from 2 games as killer?

Like, I can get behind the nerf nurse sentiment, but punishing the player for using her outright? That's some next level thinking devs. My hats off to you.

I disagree
lol, i know you posted this when all it said was "nurse", but i have to agree with you. Couldn't find a way to delete the thread and was hoping to update before anyone clicked on it.

If your numbers are correct, then you are encountering hackers. But I play PC and I definitely don't see hackers every match. I almost never see them in fact.
-
Ah, I assumed they had released with this most recent tome. I guess that makes an ass out of me. Thanks y'all.

Literally just run up to the person who is on hook and unhook them, the unhook action will make the guard disappear, likely before they even fully materialize.
If the knight is also camping then it is no different from any other M1 killer camping in that you are going to be trading regardless.

If they choose to leave incapatitation in then:
- Make it so if a generator hits 0% it stops being affected by Eruption.
- Make it 15 seconds of Incapacitation.
- Make it 15% (or even 20%) regression. (Or same as Pop Goes the Weasel)
- If a survivor is incapacitated there should be a way to tell, like they have a different posture.
Your 4th point is a big one for me. Sometimes you're just standing around and it looks like your throwing, since your team has no way of knowing that you are incapacitated. Put some big goofy handcuffs on my character, anything to make it obvious what is happening.
-
I feel like I was able to leave recently against a Wesker after getting bound charged as well without having to wait the usual few seconds.
-
Also you can hold it to spin in circles really fast.
-
Yeah, while that might have been the original intent, having another killer with a similar power makes more business sense than completely reworking an old established killer.

The DLC for this game is so cheap and goes on sale pretty often. I know everyone isn't in a position to drop money on this game everytime a new chapter comes out, but when (the nearly monthly) sale for this game happens, you can get the older chapters, like the Halloween Licensed Chapter for $3.50 which comes with a Killer and a Survivor, it's even cheaper for the chapters that come with one. That's less than a quesadilla at Taco Bell. It's just hard for me to see how most people over the age of 18 would struggle to get together 4 dollars every few months.

i don't like the idea of survivors getting second chances for going down with no perks. the current slugging itself is highly abusable when 4 survivors are alive. there is too many second chances in current slugging so unbreakable goes from bad to worse.
A good counter is to put the downed survivor on the hook.

I agree, Shattered Hope should be basekit. Imagine how stupid it would be if survivors needed a perk to destroy a Hex totem. That's how it feels right now for killer.
I disagree, at that point, Hex: Pentimento would be on every killer, since boons are so common. You would just snuff it out and instantly give everyone a 30% reduction on gens. It would make it so bringing a boon would nearly always result in a net negative.

They're not nooby tactics. Experienced players have come to realize those tactics are the best. Until the game gets balanced differently, to where we can win without using those tactics, we're gonna keep doing them.
Good news, you can win without doing them.

I know they said they didn't want 2. But I want Halloween costumes and Candy Pail medkits plz
And instead of the typical healing animation, they shovel candy into their face until they back at full health. If using on another survivor, you shovel the candy into their face for them. If they're in the dying state, you taunt them by eating candy in their face until they are jealous enough to get back on their feet.

That will probably be announced next week just before the PTB. These experimental changes are just things they also wanted to test in the upcoming PTB.

I mean, in a game where you hook and kill people, "Sorry, I didn't mean to kill you", with kill/murder/slaughter all being filtered. The actual names of the characters. "downed" was filtered one game.
It is so inconsistent, I wonder if it isn't actually DBD, but one of the console markets mandating that chats must be filtered, and here's the list of filter words. So you only get filtering if one of the players is on that console. Then you might have a couple game sources with censorship requirements; and most restrictive wins.
IE all steam = no filter, X-Box=Filter A, Playstation=Filter B, etc... Have an X-Box and a PS4 player, you get BOTH filter A and B, and it gets a lot harder to communicate.
Console doesn't have chat at all.
