If you did the Tutorials, every customizations you've saved on every Character -- Killer and Survivor such as perk loadouts, addons, and clothes are all erased. Everyone will wear their default clothes. Rest assured all the addons, and clothes bought from the Store are still in the inventory.1 comments 31 views last activity

I don't think it's the RCPD map itself doing the crashing for the game, I think it might be something wrong with Nemesis. I was just playing a match against him, one survivor disconnected and after 5 seconds or so I was just booted off the game. Just finished the new tutorials, including the ones with bots. Went back to the regular game and noticed all killers and all survivors were missing their cosmetics and I had to re-equip all of them, including perks, charms, etc. To be clear, everything was still there, I just had to equip all my stuff for each character all over again. Just updated the game for the Resident Evil chapter, and the first game I get into, me and my boyfriend's game both crash. The map we were on was the new Resident Evil chapter map. Playing Jill and Leon We've only played one game (Edit) Just played on the new map and it crashed again. We played on a old map and it didn't crash. Now I have a 30 minute penalty. YAY! I'm not sure if this is a bug exactly, but I don't think I've ever seen this happen before. I just prestige Pig to P1 and went to dump 1 Million blood points back into her. When I reached Blood Web level 10, it gave me two perks... but one of them is in a weird spot. Platform: PC I completed the 4 tutorials (2 tutorials and 2 kill/survive with bots) and received the 200k bloodpoints and charm, levelled my Jill up to level 15 and when I restarted my game my Jill was reset to level 1, I had lost my bloodpoints but it still tells me I have completed the tutorials and have the charm from it so there's no way to get my bloodpoints back. I bought the skirt for Jill retro outfit, and apparently it's been switched to a linked cosmetic so now I own just the skirt of a linked cosmetic and it's putting the rest of the linked cosmetics on me when I haven't bought the outfit lmao. PC (steam) First charm slot for Jill is bugged. Equip first charm and its above where its meant to be. If you equip the other 2 it lowers it but still gets misplaced. Played killer and survivor as different survivors and killers today. Changing sensitivity does not help anything, it is way too fast. My dpi is normal and the camera speed is ridiculous. My friend plays on the same version, pc windows store, and is having the same issue. This game is so buggy all the time. Please, for the love of this game, focus on a health patch.
