I honestly expected Himiko to not have any voicelines, simply because the voiceline pattern is pretty clear.
Legendary skins don't get voicelines, unless it's for an original character or for a licensed character who have voicelines to begin with. It's why you have characters like Naughty Bear & Geralt of Rivia with voicelines, and why the Stranger Things Survivors got their own voicelines after the second chapter came out, despite not originally having any.
Unless bhvr updates the Silent Hill chapter with a sequel chapter, i doubt the Silent Hill characters will get their own voicelines.
I mean we are getting voiceline updates down the line so it's not out of the question
and they are definitely updating the SH models with the new version of dbd, very exciting! I'd love alternate outfits for legendaries too, please please please!
I dunno about that. BHVR are so weirdly inconsistent with this. Robin gets in game and lobby voice lines. Rain gets voice lines but only in the lobby. And Hinako gets no voice lines at all.
All of them are Legendary skins. I guess it must be down to the terms and restrictions of the license they agreed. I think if BHVR could've made it happen, all these characters would have in game voice lines.
The legendary skins that have voicelines, also have a default counterpart character that also have voicelines.
Nancy, Steve and Jonathan all got their own voicelines because of the ST sequel chapter. If that chapter hadn't happen, i don't think Robin or Eddie would have gotten voicelines then.

Yeah I love the pallet stun ones geralt has, and i love the ones the walking dead have.
The pallet stun ones I feel should be hearable on killer side too, even if its a toggle. It adds a lot of character
what do they say.?dont think i've ever got pallet stun by those characters as killer or if the killer can even hear them
Which bhvr stated during the anniversary stream, was one of their long term goals of theirs, to retroactively give older characters voicelines of their own.
Maybe its like the ice nine kills thing where they are adding the music to the shirts at a later date. Though i think they would've announced that

I think I would prefer the Japanese voice actress at the same time. I wouldn’t really complain if it was the other one because both did a phenomenal job.
Maybe they didnt pay her enough, sure as hell spent alot of money with all these new collabs they announced.
