Ultimate Weapon gives amazing value to top tier killers
DMS + UW is insanely busted on top tier killers. Like what is your counter here? Leave the gen until UW made you scream and then back to gen if killer don't chase you?
DMS + PR has limited use and leaving gen for a bit counters this combo. But how you will counter DMS + UW? Just don't do gens until scream is very busted and unhealthy atm.
And the funny thing, this combo is pretty meh on killers like Trapper, Pig but top tier killers are getting amazing value. I don't think killers like Blight, Wesker, Nurse should get that big value.

It’s a problem on every killer, not just top tiers. Yeah, the DMS + UW combo is better on high mobility killers but UW by itself still provides insane value. DMS is just the icing on the cake.
I am not going against weak killers so much, so i will take your words on that. But i am seeing a lot top tier killers with this combo and it's insanely busted on them.
This perk deserves big nerf and it should not work with DMS. It's just braindeadly easy value, killers should not get free slowdown like that.
Not necessarily free when you need a down + hook to activate it.
Not free but not out of your way seeing as it's your objective. Like getting blast mine as survivor.

I tried this combo on Wesker many times, but dropped it, cause it really meh.
You hook survivor, search a looker, open it and 10-15 seconds expired already. And then you walk across the map, boom, sweet 10 seconds of DMS working, 15 sec at best. It could be a problem, when DMS was 45 seconds, but now it's definately not.
It's free value. Killers like Trapper need to work for it but killers like Blight just need to open locker and travel map with power.
This perk should reward weak killers, top tier killers should get only little value since they don't need it.
