Don't Nerf Blight Basekit! Change His Add-ons.
The votes are kind of worrying me, I hope that they aren't going to gut Blight because of them. Also this is coming from someone who plays both sides.
Blight's basekit in my opinion is perfectly fine, the main issue is his add-ons, which are not healthy, and I can 1,000% agree with that they need to be changed. For an example Alchemist Ring has been untouched for almost 3 years now and it probably one of the most busted add-ons in the game, or the add-on (I forgot the name) that slows down survivors and also lets you insta-break pallets, once again that hasn't been even touched yet for the all the years Blight has been in the game.
What killer that really needs a nerf is the Nurse, even after the changes she got she is still the best killer.

Not only add-ons, they need to fix his hug-tech bug as well.
I forgot about that, but yes that needs to be put to an end as well, hug-tech is not fair at all.

Overall though - I agree. I think most people do as well. His add-ons are currently the most egregious part of this kit. After they tone down the ones that need to be nerfed, we can see how it goes.

all he needs is Alch ring. C33 and Adren Vile changed,
Everything else is fair game.
Then let's hope they also fix all his problematic bouncing interactions like sliding off of nearly everything in swamp or getting caught on invisible edges etc AT THE SAME TIME.
Hug Tech is not intended as said by devs and allows him to get hits he is not supposed at all to get. They need to fix it properly as well.

It's still counterable, just moreso a skill issue.
There are bugs that exist in the game for long, and this is one of them. They don't know how to make it properly for him to not slide like he does. It's not indended to work as it does, and it's bs.
Or maybe it HAS become an intended feature. They fully intended to make a slide mechanic for blight using his camera.
Plenty of bugs become features in games. Being on the nether roof is a bug and thats a staple of minecraft. Besides hug tech is the basis for so many skilled techs that stem from it. Its not like its overpowered anyhow. If you see him doing it you can just run away from the loop, drop the the pallet etc. And if hes just using it to save a token then you can just play around him normally.
Its intended now. They once said they were going to remove it and since everyone hated that idea they didnt. If they intend for it to stay, its intended.
