Does console ever going to get attention from bhvr?
We still don't have anonymous mode for months despite pc having the privilege to use it. We still don't get to run this game at 60 FPS despite the promises made by the devs.
Why does a game such as Elden Ring run beautifully on consoles like the playstation 4 while a game released years ago still struggle?
I'm at my breaking point atm. Should I, perhaps, look for another game and stop posting? Because no matter how many I posts, no matter how many I comment here, doesn't matter how many time I try to get the attention from a developer like Peanits, I will never nor will I ever get an answer or solution from anyone or anybody. What can I do?

Longest thread in Forum history and we didn't get 60 FPS.
Realistically, we probably aren't getting it. Game is too big to optimize now, imo. They'd probably need to re-do a lot of the game from the ground-up.
So you're telling me that I should look for another forum to chat and play different games other than dead by daylight? If you and others already have tried then what's the point of me being here despite endless efforts from you guys? It would be a waste of time no?
We should try harder well at least in my xbox series S have 60 fps but there is still disadvantages compared to pc players.

Don't expect to get anything on console. After playing on Xbox for a few years I finally started on PC due to treating myself to a 2.5k setup for work purposes (cough, cough).
I was very surprised when going to PC that I actually had to go in and modify certain aspects of the game files to make the game run & look better, including unlocking 60fps to 120fps.
If they can't even be bothered adding those features in game on PC without having to go through the process of changing lines of code I really can't see them actually doing anything for console optimisation.
One positive thing coming from console to PC after two years of being gimped as a console killer is that I'm extremely good on PC now.
On a side note I got a free months subscription to PC game pass with my computer and I was surprised to see that I could access all of my characters and progress in the cloud version of the game. I quickly downloaded the DBD in game pass PC only to find out that they basically have 2 different versions and the download version is a fresh account.
I really hope at some point that they merge the progress if my Xbox account to the PC game pass account. It kinda makes sense for them to do that because currently I'm probably not going to buy anymore characters or cosmetics on console, but I might be inclined to spend money on both my steam and console account if I can play both on PC.
I'd be surprised if BHVR even attempts to optimize the game for last gen consoles at this point. The game has ran poorly for years on PS4, XBOX, and Switch. I wouldn't be surprised if they stopped all support on these platforms within a year or two.
I would rather they stop supporting the game on last gen consoles, rather than keep taking our money for a game that is neglected and in such a poor state of performance and optimisation.
It’s unacceptable really, and as said many times, it’s not the hardware at fault when many more demanding and impressive games run great on the same hardware; it’s just the neglect of any attempt at improving things for last gen console players as we are not valued as customers despite them still happily taking our money and time.
They actually make things worse by neglecting optimisation to add new lighting and graphics to please PC players who can constantly upgrade hardware to keep up with the performance hits.
Hell they haven’t even added basic controller options like dead zone or acceleration which most games have as default, in the entire games history of many years. It’s sad really and very depressing.
Absolutely agree. They've never fully supported last gen consoles and still profited off those players. I find the whole situation pretty disgusting.
uhhh... anonymous mode? you mean streamer mode? cause that's already a thing.
On console you can't hide your own name from other players, even though console players cannot change their names and are likely to get targeted by other players because of it.
Still pisses me off how so many of us consolers poured hugh amounts of time and effort into that uber-thread, but in the end accomplished precious little tangible in the way of actual results.

They did the bare minimum to keep the game running (sometimes, it still didn't) so as a Console player, you should be especially incensed at the new chapter, imo. Blatant cash-grab that's all about looks.
Just imagining what Red Forest will run like is rough.

There were four of us helping on that thread at one point. It's why sometimes you'd get different sounding responses at different times.
Now, I'm afraid, it's usually just me.
Frankly PC isn't that much better, the quirks are just way more of a "Well we don't really know" issue. At least with console you can't really thinker with settings to find some way to make it play better, while with PC they kinda just shoot random suggestions at you. I had a issue where I'd get constant microstutters every game until i manually turned off Vsync in the Nvidia settings after just randomly toying around with manual settings, and BHVR support was no real help. Personally I'd feel a lot better with a "Well there aint much I can do about it" situation.
I don't see it happening either. We aren't even worthy of a PTB after almost 7 years. I'd say BHVR has been pretty clear on their stance on console optimization by their action (or lack there of I should say). It's not that the community hasn't voiced its disapproval, the calls have just fallen on deaf ears.
