Looping
Just had a game where an optimal survivor was able to loop me for 5 gens straight, it was in the broken asylum loop and he had additional jungle gyms with perfect window placement around the ######### house.
Can someone please tell me what to do? I even stacked bloodlust 3 but was not possible to get him without breaking the pallet because the jungle gyms where to close to each other.
Please I am open for advice, after this game im insidious leatherface now waiting for some advice from you guys, oh and playing nurse is not a solution btw

Play Freddy. Use both dress add-ons, M&A and leave the survivor once he starts looping you. You´ll still be able to track him and can attack him, when he tries to heal himself or to wake up.
I dont own freddy and I dont plan on giving a single cent to the devs anymore.....
A good looper tries to get your attention, so he wont even try to escape from you. So while m&a stealth might be a tactic against usual survivors, it wont work against these looping gods (only heal under a pallet btw)

Depends on what killer you use. I am one of those that will, sometimes, chase those people till i get them just to make a point. They will get camped to death once i do catch them. And i will eventually get them. I have not been looped for 5 gens yet. The cost of chasing that looping surv is, sometimes, only one kill. Them. Sometimes you will get more than one very late in the game.
Insidious is a waste of a perk, i think, if you use LF. He can camp using his chainsaw alone. If you keep it revved. That sound tends to either bring the wolfpack out of their hiding if they have the means to rescue in terror range with borrowed time or it will scare them off once they know you are there and are actively defending the hook. Survs hate campers with a passion. Some survs mistakenly believe that we are no skilled campers who cant get kills any other way and this is a big misconception that more often than not results in another one slugged right next to the hook.
As far as the amount of pallets and loops its a matter of the RNjesus...RNG. Win some lose some. Just like with the placement of the gens. If you get lucky and three are very close together try to slap them off of them as that is an ideal placement for you. Them being so close together.

Don't keep chasing him. You should have realised this after 30 seconds. Just find someone else, and kill the guy you were chasing later when he's more vulnerable. Or, do something different than just following him blindly.
If it is not possible to catch a single survivor, then there is sth wrong with the game
I mean, if with blood lust 3 you couldn’t catch him, you were doing something wrong. Also, regarding not being able to catch a guy; you are meant to and strong enough to catch someone of equal skill.
That’s why people hate campers, because you can’t “not get caught” as that’s not how the game works, you WILL get caught if the killer wants your caught and is good enough. That’s why they get chances that are supposed to actually come into effect. But camping stops this. Anyway, if they are BETTER than you, and read you, or make a good juke, then that’s just them being better than you. If you like you said, got ######### RNG, and he expensed basically every pallet on the map, yes THAT IS A PROBLEM

I feel your pain, man. It doesn't matter how smart you are or how good you are, unlimited sprinting means that a survivor can (with almost no effort) pallet-loop, window-loop, or jungle gym for 3-5 generators. Even if you play perfectly, the only way they are getting hit more than once before the game is over is if they make a mistake. If they never make a mistake, you will not be catching them. Everyone knows that the survivors are in full control of the game, not the killer. Yes, certain killers are better equipped to deal with looping, but I feel like looping just shouldn't be a thing. Survivors should have a stamina bar by default. If need be, I'd gladly pay a lot of money for a killer perk that makes it that way. It's so busted that playing killer isn't even fun. It's a chore.
Just switching the target to a weaker player doesnt solve the issue. What are you gonna do in a game where evreybody loops like this?
You allowed your pride to take over. You should've left him and chased someone else. If you 1. get into Blood Lust 3 and 2. Still fail to catch someone, you are the only person to blame. The Survivor was better than you.
I was bloodlust 3 but if there are 2 jungle gyms next to each other and you didnt break the pallets, then there is no way to catch him, I tried long enough and Im pretty confident that I couldnt have done sth else than breaking the pallet finally in that situation
Oh and btw, I killed everyone of the other scrubs after the gates have been opened because they sucked hard
My god, you are so dumb. Imagine if you killed the other three "scrubs" before being looped for so long? Imagine hooking them and making the looper more exposed and giving you a better opportunity to kill him by using the others as bait. Imagine being a better killer.
Oh and the games where, "everyone loops like this" are so rare it's laughable.

I and many others have given you the answer and the advice you sought (without insulting you initially), but you have just ignored it and continued to be ignorant. So, in conclusion, you have negated any purpose of YOUR OWN THREAD to the point where I have had to insult you for wasting everybody's time.

Problem with this theory is that if the others are just as good, or better, at looping you are back where you started at and no closer to achieving a hook. Might as well have stuck by chasing the one you were originally after.
Part of what makes a game actually worth continuing to play is getting better at your play style... It can be a frustrating process but when you get to the point you are asking for advice, TAKE THAT ADVICE and apply it. When I first started playing I went to psn groups and made friends with people who were really good survivors so we could play kyf and let me practice against better survivors. That made me one hell of a killer lol! Now if I could just just get out of the potato zone when I play survivor lmao 😹
As I mentioned...the times when 4 survivors are in your game and they are all able to loop optimally is rare.

Hag doesn't chase like other killers. You should only be pursuing chases off of a Phantasm Hit, or to burn up pallets without going far. She's slower than other killers, so longer chases aren't good for her, and not where her strength lies. Once your traps are out, you can initiate and try to herd people into them.
She can get a lot of easy hits and sneak up on people with Monitor & Abuse after they reduced her Terror Radius to 24 meters baseline.

While the killers may be bad true, it shows how fast the gen times are in this game even with Ruin active. A killer can only chase one survivor at a time, being a bad or good killer makes no difference if they do no attempt on saving said survivor
Actually, if you are a good killer, you can end chases quicker and then get people OFF GENS to help their team.

You can't stop a good survivor, a good survivor will always be able to loop you for a good minute or 2, and this heavily depending on where they are found, the map and the juke spots, if they were found in the open sure you can get them in less than 40 seconds provided they don't have sprint burst back to juke spots
When I play Nurse, the chase ends in less than 20 seconds, if i play Wraith Freddy, it can again go up to 1-3 minutes depending on the spot. Being Good killers or not has nothing to do with this, it's heavily dependent on the juke spot, sorry but **You are the one posting Nonsense **

Right, so leave the good survivor to his loops and infinite's and go chase someone else who isn't better than you. As a killer, you can make a choice as to what to do. A good killer with a brain will switch targets and as I and many others have mentioned, it is very rare to have 4 optimal survivors. There's always a weak link and that weak link must be found to influence the game in your favour.
As a Nurse it doesn't matter because Nurse.

Why should you leave a survivor just because he is in said spot, If i play Nurse i don't have to leave said spot can can get him down in less than 20 seconds, while other killers can't do this. It's not about being Nurse or not, it's that the game is unbalanced

Go check out the likes of Zubat, Scott Jund, OhTofu et al... If they see a good survivor about to run to a bad tile for killers, they leave them and find a weaker survivor.
