Thrill of the Hunt is broken on specific killers. For most killers, it's fine.

The emotional side of me says that would be a great feature. Personally, I'd never like to see Legion, Onryo, or Good Guy again. However, the rational side of me knows how terrible of an idea it is because that means it would significantly increase queue times for people. Especially if they're playing an unpopular killer. That's a terrible business move for BHVR, since they sell these characters and you'll probably want to play the thing you paid for. So it can never happen. How about we all just agree to only play as Trapper, ok? Except me. I'll play all the killers. But all of you only play Trapper. Deal? Deal.
And while we're on the topic of suggestions, maybe introduce a harsher punishment for disconnects. The 15 second matchmaking ban isn't doing anything to dissuade people. Maybe start it at 5 minutes and increase by 5 minutes every time they dc, having it reset on the 13th of the month? That's a feature I'd like to see way more. Course then they'd need an easier way to report people giving up in game… Hmm…

Hey, welcome to the game! I actually have fun helping new players, so if you want to group up you can add me Madhatter#36b1. I'm on PC, if that matters. That goes for anyone else just looking for someone to play with.

That’s where went wrong. One chase lasted while game. Never be afraid to drop chase and patrol gens.
I've done that in other games. The two I stopped chasing just work on gens while the other two start looping. If you stop chasing everyone and just patrol gens, they move from one to another until they eventually get one fixed. You hit it and they start repairing it the second you walk away. If you try to chase them, they loop while the other two fix the gen. There's literally nothing you can do.

Yeah, he's not wrong. I also get frustrated and stop playing for months at a time. It's a shame. Such potential just thrown away. I hope they get competition some time soon so they have to change things or risk losing their cash flow.

"Bad gen pressure by killer" is not the reason for gen rushing. You chase people off one gen, they are just on the other. They will bounce between two until it is repaired. No killer can be at both generators at the same time, but four survivors can. Gen pressure is mostly irrelevant when it comes to gen rushing. The problem is a combination of chases lasting too long and generators repairing too quickly. Needs to be fewer pallets and longer repair times.

Camping already has a penalty. Gen-rushing. You can fix a minimum of 3 generators in the amount of time it takes someone to fully camp a hook. It sucks for the survivor being camped, but unless they also implement a looping penalty, camping will have to continue.you know that looping is part of them game it sucks but it happens what do you want survivors just to run in a straight line and only use the pallet once. i really think in real life you wouldn't be the ones living. a looper always gets caught thanks to bloodlust camping is like their the whole time and nothing really can happen but trading with the person on the hook. you think we ######### and moan about this and that but look at killers they do the samething so we all ######### and moan about perks and SWFs and blah body blocking .
I want survivors to have skill. Use the pallet to buy time to break line of sight, hide, and then go somewhere else while the killer looks for them or goes off in the wrong direction. That's what I want survivors to do. Not cheese mechanics. Bloodlust is next to worthless. Yes, a killer will eventually catch a looper, but not before at least 3 generators are done. Looping is part of the game, just like hook-camping is. Both are cheesy and ruin the game. However, so long as one exists, the other will as well.

I feel your pain, man. It doesn't matter how smart you are or how good you are, unlimited sprinting means that a survivor can (with almost no effort) pallet-loop, window-loop, or jungle gym for 3-5 generators. Even if you play perfectly, the only way they are getting hit more than once before the game is over is if they make a mistake. If they never make a mistake, you will not be catching them. Everyone knows that the survivors are in full control of the game, not the killer. Yes, certain killers are better equipped to deal with looping, but I feel like looping just shouldn't be a thing. Survivors should have a stamina bar by default. If need be, I'd gladly pay a lot of money for a killer perk that makes it that way. It's so busted that playing killer isn't even fun. It's a chore.
