Where’s the pallets??!?!

i played a game on the temple map and it feels so empty?!? It went from having like 25-30 pallets now there’s like nothing out there??

Before you ask BHVR won’t go back to the original pallet density cause DBD is dying grifters will milk and make so many BHVR sucks videos cause survivors so happen to get some help

I wasn’t saying the pallet density was a good change but god damn BHVR this is overkill there’s barley anything on the map

Killer mains over ran the forums with whining about the pallet update "woe is the m1s" so BHVR has gone overkill.

I agree there needed to be changes but not like this.

get ready to be swamped by ghoul and blight in the majority of matches to cater to killers that you don't even see.

  • You have to upgrade your subscription to the new Rift Pass Diamond-tier membership to unlock the option for pallets in-game now

Maybe they can add the pallets to the free track of the Rift. There's enough empty spaces

  • BHVR love to do this thing where they buff something slightly too much, people rightfully complain that it's too strong, so in response they go back and make it weaker than it was originally. It happens time and time again and I truly don't know where their thought process stems from.

  • Enjoy what you have while you can. We're deleting pallets from the game next patch.

I wouldn't be surprised. Or pallets would be replaced with "party pallets" that break automatically when dropped.

And you'll have to unlock them in the bloodweb and bring them with you into the game.

You carry them with you, as a special item, and can place them as you wish, but only on the edge-map

  • "Health update".

Its always one extreme or another with these balance changes. Say Haddonfield is survivor sided and they gut it into a tiny dead zone. Says there's too many strong pallets on maps and they remove 90% of them.

Like what is the logic when making these decisions. How is this a healthy change.

Next Patch:"We've heard the complaints about the lack of pallets. Survivors will now get a speed boost so they can shift W across the map easier."

Patch after: "We've heard the complaints about the speed boosts. Survivors must now walk for three seconds before they are allowed to run."

Patch After: "We're listening to the community, survivors now have 7 health states, there are no pallets, running is disabled, and we nerfed fog vials some more. We also trashed Pig."

Actually the first one might actually be BHVR's thinking and they are trying to make a shift-W, SB+Vigil meta, because people enjoy that one so much.

Next patch: Survivors now have a Hunger and Stamina Bar

Next patch: Survivor must have 10 points spec into intelligence to be able to repair gens.

Next patch: Survivor have a 10% chance of having a heart attack during the trial.

Where? I can't see it anywhere. Never saw one.

They don't have any idea what they're doing from a balancing standpoint. It's as simple as that. They sometimes have ideas that could work if they gave them a chance but they always fold when content creators rile up the community and put any pressure on them. Then we end up with things like the current patch.
