Lighting too bright - screenshots (Mcmillan estate)
After the update we got today, the lighting in maps for me is too bright. But especially in the Mcmillan maps you can see how badly this is. It's like there is bright light refleciting all over the map.
Is anyone else experience this ?
PS: Screenshots are futher down

engine changes fam, it helped freddy alot and you can finally see in the basement as freddy
i know it's the engine change, i just want to know if other ppl have this same bright light experience. it's beyond ugly and its too bright.
Actually it looks much, much better.
Some maps are brighter some are darker.
It's fine.
MacMilan Estate is brighter. It's okay I guess.

Something occurred to me. With this patch AND servers, won't Huntress get a nerf? Since her hatchets on Console are very glitchy.

Look how bright these are
I thought Brightest Moonlight was removed from the game.
this screenshot brightness is not normal right?
I like it. These old eyes of mine don't have to strain that much now.
Same here
Yeah it popped right in my head when the OP started talking about lights are bright.
hahaha. if you look at it that way, i suppose yo'ure right xD i mean you can't be that old right? xD
Yea I just played on Shelter Woods. Holy crap is that map bright AF.
That is not normal.
I'm glad i'm not the only one. I know these maps were dark before, it's not my settings or graphic card. It's just all the way too bright for these maps. I know the other maps have some issues too. Like the Freddy map what is going on in there... or the corn field looks so strange too
Do you experience the same brightness ingame?
I like the new lighting. At times, in certain spots it can be a bit bright, but I'm probably just not used to it. I found Badham to be quite dark overall.
Overall I really like it.
About time Macmillan was brighter.
Old enough :'(
Yes. I noticed it the second I stepped foot into it.
I had 2 matches at the Estate about an hour ago.
Some maps do look a bit too bright, but the lightning is very nice. Autohaven is amazingly spooky now.
That looks awesome to me.
Yes it is true that some maps do look better and spookier (autohaven) But you have to admit (unless u see otherwise) that all the Macmilland maps are oversatturated with bright white. It's much worse now and its very distracting to me.
I guess it 's just personal taste then. i find it very distracting and out of place for this kind of map. it's so off
Just wound up at MacMillan for the first time.
Can we call this nighttime? Cause i feel like normal rain days are darker than this.
Weird, for me lightning is too dark.
What could possibly solve this...... oh wait settings?
I am really liking the new lighting and visuals.
