I'm genuinely torn between Speed Limiter for Billy, Dull Bracelet for Nurse, or the White Nit Comb, also for Nurse.
I'd say Dull Bracelet for Nurse.
- 4 metres per blink is insane.
You go from 20 to 16 metres and from 12 to 8, giving you a max distance of 24 metres instead of 32. It's really bad.
Not only that, it also destroys your muscle memory because the charge time doesn't get reduced for the shorter range, making some blinks seem to reach, but they don't.
Dull Bracelet + White Nit Comb on Nurse. At least Billy can M1.
Watterlogged Shoe

Waterlogged shoe OP, no reason a killer who is so small should be able to run at a 4.6, and her traps block me from moving, which comboes with her 4.6, they should make waterlogged shoe make her go at 3.8 to balance
