What kind of pizza toppings would the killers like?
Given the new outfits, I'm inclined to think that Spirit is the only one who would enjoy anchovies.

I mean, people do cook them, perhaps roast them, but not much different from toasting them. I'd never eat it, even if my life depended on it, but Plague seems like she'd like them.

Mikey definitely likes meat as it was revealed he ate a dog in the original Halloween movie. So I imagine he would have sausage, pepperoni etc on his pizza.
