How would you implement a way to learn killers.
Personally at red ranks survivors just do gens at mach 3 if you are bad at a killer and it results in shortmatches where you cant really learn the killer but at lower ranks survivors are too bad at loops and general game sense for you to properly learn a killer.

There should be a practice mode where the killer has a rubber weapon that is about as powerful as The Trickster's knives. Players could either just hop in and out of the map at will or have AI bots instead.
Yeah I'd love a sandbox mode cause trying to learn the mechanics of some of the more complicated killers is near-impossible with how random matchmaking can be. I was trying to learn ghostface as a rank 10 killer and i kept getting red ranks in my games taking advantage of the fact i was learning how his powers work.
Isn't that what custom matches are?
Custom Matches with bots.
Just let me load into custom match alone, thanks
Each killer could have there own tutorial mode, a bit like training mode but a better, more advanced version against ai players.
Custom match with simple bots that doesn't require 2 players to start.
This is why they WANTED to give each killer their own matchmaking rating, so you could try to learn new killers without getting ground to dust under red rank SWFs all day long. It's why they took out the ability to swap killers in queue.
And then they didn't put it in the game but left the inability to swap killers in queue.
AI definitely wouldn't be enough to get someone tournament ready or anything, but it could still be very good for newer players. The AI for the mobile game is actually surprisingly good, it made me double check that I was playing against bots. They're not phenomenal or anything, but they felt pretty similar to rank 13-15ish human survivors.
Practice mode where you could dynamically switch between the survivor and killer PoV, possibly with AI.
I cant fuel my crippling bloodpoint addiction that way and its quite bold of you to assume I have friends :'(
Hahah well no but training shouldn't give you points anyway. As for friends send out invites to players you enjoyed playing with you'll make friends
