im gonna disagree with that statement completly, i have never and never will camp with the twins, and i got from my average as killer 10-8 to rank 1 with just the twins.

Literally got like 5 huge buffs at once, but k.
And not even the nerf to the Victor recovery time on him being crushed that he needed in exchange for these buffs (and then some)
tbf the only effective way to play the Twins against good survivors is to play what is called "scummy" such as slugging, tunneling, and camping.

i use them as a cut off or a chase ender, i usually hit with char first, then chase with victor, the only "slugging" ill do is the normal hatch face off situation, but yeah usually have victor and chase the survivor towards him.... and victor makes shack so much easier so thats fun

Twins main here!!! I don't use Victor like an rcx slugger 3000, so I'm used to using Charlotte with that little gremlin riding shotgun in her boob lol I look forward to the iri buffs, and honestly the 5 seconds thing isn't horrible. You can win as Charlotte using Victor, they are a team, not a solo killer. People depend on him a lot for pressure but I think there are some good strategies to locate and bait people. Slugging and camping are so bland imo, and I have won against many types of teams without playing that way. You're not a bad killer for doing it either, they're not the easiest to play and I'm proud of my fellow twins mains for sticking together <3!!!
Oh no how ✨tragic✨ I'm sure everyone will be heartbroken at the news that an unfun killer to play and an unfun killer to face will now be even less played so everyone can have more fun

Not everyone plays like that, but there are times when survivors are hanging around the hook where it is fair play.
I'll give you an example. I was chasing a survivor while someone else was on the hook, they ran to the hook, to take the aggro off of them. That is a mistake on their part because they are screwing their team over.
The 5 second cooldown doesn't make any sense when the 3 second cooldown already felt too long.
