Console Blight.

I don't even know where to start. He is almost unplayable, when using his ability you get frame drops, his turning is awful, sensitivity awful, you basically can use it just for traveling. I don't know how could you realease character that is only good for PC? Did you even think how that would look on console? You can only dream doing basic stuff PC players do with ease.

If it's not fixable for controller, why you still didn't add M&K? One of the if not the most requested things. Correct me if I'm wrong, but this is the only game that does support crossplay, but isn't supporting M&K (and God knows how long it will take because they already said that isn't their priority right now). You put console players already in huge disadvantage, but releasing character that is only good for PC? That's really sad.

  • Most of Console Blight's issues come from his inability to flick and the FPS drops/lower overall FPS.

  • My thoughts exactly. You can be a great killers player and an amazing Blight, but because you're on console your skill is literally locked. Bad turn sensitivity and fps drops just kill you. Against a weak team you'll do fine, but against a strong team you can basically only use your rush for distance. They will dead angle you every time. So in essence you're handicapping yourself if you're playing Blight on console. Unfortunately I like him too much to not play him.

  • He’s very difficult on console but I just love him. Hoping for cross progression soon(play on switch)

  • It's a bad sign that when you face a PC Oni or Blight you can tell immediately.

I think the same true for Oni as well. I feel like I got a huge dead angle with Oni everytime I play

  • FPS is limited on PS4 and Xbox One, that's not gonna change, just get used to It or buy a PS5 or a Xbox Series.

Pray for M&K on console, that feature has been requested for years and nothing has been done... Meanwhile PC players can choose between controller or M&K whenever they want... Unbelievable.

At this point the only way you can get M&K on console is probably Cronusmax.

    Yeah.. it's very frustrating..

Exactly, he is very fun to play, but very limited on console. It sucks because i know how good that killer is, but i can't reach that level because the platform i play on doesn't allow me to.

Yeah, just how fast and free they move while using their power, also the angles they can hit from.

But that just isn't fair, a lot of people can't afford new platform, on top of that they promised we will get 60fps long ago..

That's what pissed me of the most. They know that's the most requested thing, they know they put console players in disadvantage, they released killer that is only good on PC, they just don't care.

  • It's true you can't pull off some crazy flicks like pc Blights, but I don't notice much fps drops, at least not enough to bother me. (Ps4 Pro)

Even still, It's possible to get some hits but just using his power for mobility works alright for me. Just gotta be good with the 115% basic chases, with the additions of his gap closer and quick pallet breaks.

    Exactly

  • Agree awful killer on console. Someone to level up for perks and nothing else.

On PC one of the top 5 killers, on Console one of the worst.

Get a cp2102 USB to UART bridge, a teensy 2.0 (or really any board with an ATMEGA32U4 processor) and wires/breadboard to connect them to each other (or you can solder them together). Install 'GiMX' for Linux or Windows, download profiles and firmwares - there are instructions for all of this on the GiMX website. After calibrating everything you should be able to use mouse and KB with a playstation - it will take some work but it might be worth it. There are some other libraries available but only on linux afaik. If you don't want to do this, then there really isn't much the devs can do regarding adding KB and Mouse support on console. At least, I've never seen it done before.

Personally, I just use controllers. I think blight - and any killer that requires aiming - is challenging to play, but if you want to get better at aiming precisely on controllers, you need to do exercises to refine your thumb movements; sounds kinda crazy, but it works. An easy way to do this is just spend time tracing objects with the cursor.

Can you send me link of that please?
