is oni better billy?

does billy have anything on oni besides above?

At the start of the match Billy can instantly zoom around. Oni needs to fuel his chainsaw first in a much more metal way. Then Billy overheats and starts crying while Oni stomps on everyone and laughs. It's that simple.

No he isn't. He has better snowball potential when his power is up but he beats every killer in that aspect. Billy has his power all the time and overall in the same bracket as Oni if you ask me. I think both killers are A tier easily and each has their own strengths and weaknesses.

yea pretty much all depends on when that first hit happens,

if a good oni gets a hit in the first minute of the match he wins

No, Billy is a bit better. Oni in blood fury is insanely strong, but he's pretty dependent on having a good early game as an m1 killer AND he has to go out of his way to recharge his power. Billy not only doesn't have that, but he can consistently use his chainsaw with pretty much no downsides, since you have to be extremely careless to ever overheat it. It's more that Oni is easier than Billy is weaker, though they both lose to good survivors anyway so it's no big deal.

Yes. Plague with good ping probably has the best chase in the game, but Oni can make better use of Infectious Fright with his demon dash, closing the gap much quicker and generally being better at time management during the snowball.

out of his way? what is he not chasing or hitting survivors in a normal game?

Oni is stronger than spirit while being in power but the only thing holding him back is the charge if he didnt have that he would be better than her. Spirit is aldo better than Billy. What do you think of my statement?

When you start getting downs with your power getting blood is easy you are really downplaying oni.
